    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Ben Seigel, Great Guy to do Business with

I have dealt with Ben several times, both as a buyer and as a seller. Ben is just awesome, a very valuable asset to our hobby. :)
 
I just bought three female African Rocks from Ben that came in today. They all look great!!! Both he and Stacey were very attentive in both the care of the shipping, and their quick responses to emails. I paid on friday and asked for them to be shipped on monday for tuesday and they arrived by 9:30 am. Thanks again, Dan M.
 
I recently purchased a ball morph from Ben and everything was great. Shipping went smooth as did our phone conversations. Ben is very knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely do business with him again. Thanks Ben!

My recent purchase

I've purchased dozens and dozens of reptiles from Ben & Stacey and have always been 110% satisfied. I'm a h.s. biology teacher & I recently purchased some animals for my classroom.....a Varnyard Greenhead B&W Tegu (amazingly friendly & inquisitive...my students LOVE it), a black rat snake, and another baby RF Tortoise. ~Jason

I just got back from Ben's shop with my son, We bought Three of his fancy African baby Balls for future projects. They are some killer looking animals. Gave us a great price. I'm sure he could have gotten double or maybe triple if he had taken the time to post them with pics. Anyways- were stoked, He is a great guy to deal with.
 
Ben is a good guy to deal with. I 've purchased a few animals and sold many baby snakes to him in the past. I have never seen anything but healthy animals at the shows he attends.............

Ben & Stacey were very helpful in answering my questions and letting me know what they have in their collection. came across them selling a dark beautiful Cinnamon Ball Python. he respond back quickly through email and if he wasnt able to, his wife did. for a good price and excellent service i have added her to my collection. i would recommend him to anyone looking for good quality ball pythons or any other animals that he may have. plan on doing business with him & stacey in the years to come. :D

We picked out a beautiful lil' CH girl from Ben's place about a month or two ago. Stacy was the one that helped us out and she was very nice and courteous in helping us out since they were near closing for the day and she still let us in and gave us plenty of time to find what we needed so we could be on our way and she could finish.

The store is immaculate and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
 
I recently completed a purchase of several kingsnakes from Ben Seigel and it was an excellent transaction. Mr. Seigel was very prompt and curteous in answering my questions. The snakes were of superb quality and they were shipping wonderfully. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Ben Seigel again.
 
Great Reptile Store too!

I placed a Mojave male & a Normal femle on hold last week at Ben Siegel's store in Deerfield Beach. Amber gave me wonderful customer service, took good care of my guys, and even attempted to feed the Mojave p/k (I want to switch them to F/T), but I know they don't have the time to sit there & tease the snake,etc. But I never requested that she try that, and was very please that she did. I brought the pair home today & they are doing great.

I will definitely be purchasing my future BPs from them.

I'm going to jump in this one as well.

I have gotten many snakes from BSR via their Facebook auctions. Some I cannot believe I got for the price I did, and a lot are so much more amazing in person then in the pictures that I'm blown away at the quality of the snake I got.

The staff are very nice and a joy to deal with, fast shipping and everyone is well packed and have arrived without issue.
 
I got a nice crested from Ben Siegel and it was better than pictured, shipped safely. Ben is a stand up guy, really honest and fair, and great to do business with. He bends over backwards to make sure the customer is happy.
 
I am very pleased that my first Fauna post (aside from a brief intro) is on a good guy thread. I purchased a spider male from Ben Siegel Reptiles and he arrived this morning with expert packaging and care. Very healthy animal, every bit as gorgeous as the image! Communication was swift and easy. I would not hesitate to buy from Ben Siegel again!
