In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I know this subject is highly based on opinion, but I wanted to get a good idea of what people consider the best diet to promote fertility in large boids.

I've heard from many people lately that guinea pigs are causing low fertility, and in some cases infertility.

I've heard from a lot of people as well that rabbits are best ( I've fed rabbits 20+ years ), and to stay away from pork.

So what are your ideas on diet, and fertility?

Rabbits are "too" lean, and I've heard that the fat amount helps, but an over abundance makes them infertile. So id do both.

i dont think anyone prey is best. i think if you can get your snake to take a variety of prey items (and youre lucky enough to have access to a variety of prey), i believe that is the healthiest

x2...I try and mix rabbits and rats for variety...But some will only eat rats and that's fine because that's a solid staple of food for them...

i have most of mine on a mix of rats, rabbits, and chickens. i also do a lot of deer hunting so i decided to try that as well, and several of them ate that as well. but seasons are short, so they usually just get the mix of chicken, rats, and rabbits.
also i think it helps if you can add some vitamin supplements to the food
