This is my second year in a row producing true US captive-bred Sri Lankan Pit Vipers (Trimeresurus trigonocephalus). Nearly all of the T. trigonocephalus seen for sale in the US are European imports and are often fresh newborn babies with maybe one or two mouse legs in them. These are absolutely not that and are the only USCBB animals being offered publicly in years. My babies are from a pair of exceptional adults that have produced some of the very best looking individuals I've ever seen (see the photos of my holdback from last year which speaks for itself). My female produced 14 perfect babies last year (0 slugs, 0 stillborns) and this year topped that with an enormous litter of 18 babies!
I take great pride in the very small number of animals I part with each year and these are no exception. This litter was born in August and I have held onto all of them until now so they are well beyond the stage of wanting to pull your hair out. They are now tease feeding on whole frozen/thawed pinky mice many times over. What you are paying for is the quality of my USCBB stock and the significant time and effort I have put into getting these babies so well-established. That being said, I will only sell to keepers where it is legal, and I will need proof of experience and licensing in states that require it. If you are not within driving distance of Tallahassee, Florida, shipping will be via Delta at the buyer's expense whenever there are safe shipping conditions.
Last year was a perfect split on males and females, but this year is female heavy, so no lone males are available at this time. $700/female, $1,300/pair, or $1,800/trio
