    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I will give you kudos for making it right though. However you attitude comes off as if you really dont care.
 
Elvis, you really do deserve this badguy thread.

Everyone reading this, I started this thread because of the decomposing dead mealworms I was sent, and I was unable to get any response from the seller.

I had to open a PayPal dispute in order to get a refund.

Due to the fact that PayPal reversed my payment, when leaving a trader rating for Elvis, I did not leave a negative rating, to subtract from his 1 point, I did not leave him a positive, thus adding to his rating. I gave him a neutral rating. Which was more than fair. These are my comments:

Giving a neutral since I got a refund, but no points for class or communication.

I never received, not a single pm or email from Elvis. I would have even reversed and done a 180, had he emailed and explained himself, offered a refund, or a replacement.

This is the -1 Negative feedback Elvis left for me:

Also, seeing that you left negative trader rating, and lied about it to boot. Claiming I started this Bad Guy Board of Inquiry thread after I received a refund from you. Shall I post a paypal picture? You are lying again. The refund from paypal came exactly 5 minutes before your posts here began, 15 days after I placed the order for the garbage, rotten worms I received.

Guys like you get under my skin, twisting it and trying to make the buyer out to be the bad guy.:angry:
 
He left me similar bad trader feedback. Management needs to step up to the plate on this one and defend the BOI they expect members to protect. I personally feel such a vinidictive act towards multiple members should award him removal from the site. But of course, that is just my opinion and feelings on the matter.
 
Elvis~I've ordered from you multiple times with no problems, so you know I have no issues with you. But your attitude and how you handle things will greatly effect your sales. Just something to think about.

BTW, just a little advice, not responding in a timely manner = bad customer service. Sending out already dead product = bad customer service. Smug responses after you send out dead product = bad customer service.

As I stated before, the way in which someone handles themselves when confronted speaks volumes of their character. Elvis' vindictive trader feedback just shows his true character. The possibility of saving a few bucks is not worth the gamble of dealing with someone like Elvis as shown by both his actions before (knowingly shipping out dead meal worms, or if not knowingly, his ignorance of the product he is selling) and after (shown by his smug responses and vindictive actions of leaving negative trader feedback for those who complained about the piss poor product he provided) the sale.

For whatever reason (other then the continuation of his vindictive behavior for me leaving him negative karma) this was the comment Elvis left me when leaving me (I can only guess was negative) karma.

warch out for this guy.

Well the up front honest Elvis :rolleyes: deleted his last classified that I had linked this thread too. What happened to the smug comment about all the additional sales I was making for you? Or was that another lie? :yesnod: I know for a fact that you have lost a number of sales and now being the deceptive coward you are you are now locking your classified thread(s) like the other scammers do.

If you were truly not trying to rip people off and this thread was unwarranted then why are you trying to keep it from potential customers? Good guys are open and honest not deceptive, smug and pompous. We all know what kind of person you really are. Like Kevin stated, actions speak louder then words and your actions are screaming that you are a DISHONEST SCAMMER!!!!!!!

Yep.... that's what his actions was speaking to me.... but you also forgot Vendictive & Immature since he left someone either neg karma or neg feedback because they had a bad transaction with HIM!!
 
thats no way to ship mealworms. and i was really thinking about buying mealworms from this guy. I well not buy mealworms from him now. i would rather spend a little more on mealworms with someone who knows how to ship. Thanks guys.

One could get disciplined for discussing this line of thought outside of the Feedback forum. Feel free to start a thread there or see if you can find a similar thread to continue on this subject so that this thread can serve it's purpose and stay on track.

In doing so, I will say it appears that this thread is serving it's purpose and people are avoiding doing business with Elvis due to his sub-par product, his piss poor smug attitude and his vindictive behavior.
 
I have a little review for best crickets of my own.

I read this thread and gave bad karma to The King because the OP was nice enough to leave neutral karma and in return, Elvis left negative for someone that held up their end of the transaction 100%. I made this clear that this wasn't a polite gesture via bad karma.

Elvis in return leaves bad karma for the last post I made:

"bad karma goes both ways."

No Elvis, karma doesn't go both ways. When you have poor karma (all that red by your name), you cannot affect someone elses karma. Your vindictive ways did not benefit in your favor this time. I really hope no decides to do business with such a child.
