    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

ALERT!

Bruce sent out a facebook post inquiring about an OLD ENGLISH SHEEP DOG. My wife and I are trying to rehome our male sheepie and investigated him as the potential home. Everything sounded good until we discovered these forums. Thank everyone for their diligent investigations and I would also like to add that I am sorry for everyone's losses.

He is not the owner we were looking for and if Bruce finds this post then I'm sorry but your reputation precedes you.
 
He had two of those. The male was so dirty that the hair was literally falling off in clumps. The poor dogs eyes would be stuck shut at times because of all the crap in its eyes simply from being extremely dirty. It would be so dirty that it would have puss filled bumps form all over it at times. It was disgusting. Where on Facebook was this that he contacted you?
 
Thanks for the additional info. They are high maintenance and it is a primary concern of ours.

I don't know the page specifically, but it may have been old English sheepdog of facebook.
