    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not really meaning to take this even more off topic, but you really ought to check your facts. The "biggest" states are: in land area, Alaska (about twice the size of Texas, 570,380 square miles vs. 268,581 for Texas) and in population, California (36.5 million versus 23.5 million for Texas).

Other than that I agree with your post.

He may be an ass and have a quirky personality, but have his business practices been affected (selling, buying, shipping, trading, permits, etc)? I've met Keith and have been to his shop -- he's a weirdo, but his animals are very well cared for and his shop is clean. His hots aren't even kept on premesis to avoid any accidents with the public. He was always very helpful to me and I never once thought of him as being BOI bad guy material.

I wasn't "offended" by the comment. I also have my opinions about certain Texans (just look at my current avatar and you will see one in particular). I happen to think Ryan is a dumbass and he proved it here yet again with his comment.

What difference does it make whether anyone was born in Texas? Do you think your immigrant ancestors didn't love this country as much as those of us fortunate to be natives? I've lived in several states but the only one I am really loyal to is the United States of America. And I'm damned proud of it too.

As for Keith, well I agree that he is more than a bit odd based on what I have seen in this thread, but I wouldn't judge all of Texas by him, just as I wouldn't judge all of New Jersey (or Texas) by you.

Jim as I stated above I was just curious and it is a big deal to Texans ya can even get it on you license plate if you were born there or at least you used to be able to. Oh and I'm not from NJ just here for a while so I don't think they'd want to be judged by my actions nor should they be by anyones actions.

Jen there are many post in many threads on the BOI of people who had good dealings with people others didn't think much of or who had ripped others off. I too have been to his shop.

gee up untill 10 months ago the letters Tx. were in the place of the NJ over there to the left..
