    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Chuck I knew your name rung a bell with me and after noticing you lived in PA it hit me. You use to be friends with Shawn Noble and use to vend a couple of shows out this way back in the day. Why did you leave PA?

Shawn Noble is just an old mutual friend of Chuck & I and probably someone you don’t know. As far as I know he’s never vended at a show. I believe Chuck knows more about Shawn than I do, Chuck?

I've never met a Shawn Noble and I have never vended at any show anywhere in the country in my life.

Why did I leave PA? My wife's law office moved to Florida and I stood to make $165,000.00 in profit selling my home if we relocated. The choice was rather easy, job, money, sun.

Be very careful with the things you say about me that aren't a fact. You see the bold underlined above? Consider it your first and last warning.

Three Toed Box Turtles are non native to PA and there is no limit to the quantity you may possess. Any animal I have ever acquired has been done so legally.

How is he going to profit from eastern box turtles when it is illegal to buy, trade, possess more then two Terrapene carolina sp(no matter the subspecies) ..... in Florida? You can surely purchase two from out of state( if you dont already have two, and only two per household), but if they reproduce you cannot sell them, and by law the second one hatches,and you still have the parents, your in violation.

If it becomes necessary, yes, and that choice is yours. I don't know who this Shawn person is that you are referring to. And you are referring to me as a mutual friend of yours and his, which we clearly are not and have never been. You are also posting PA wildlife law as to elude that I have violated such laws.

Lets square the easy part since you don't think I'm serious and you don't seem to be concerned. What is you current business or residential address that my attorney can contact you at?

Or should I just contact your probation officer or the carbon county jail and have one of my buddies there retrieve it for me?

I just thought I had heard that name before when I went to the Hamburg show abt 7 yrs. ago. I know you have been there before Steve, so i thought he was a vendor or a friend.

The things that need to be cleared up are the things you've falsely posted about me.

You've had enough time to retract the things you've said. Are you going to provide me your contact info or do I contact your probation officer or the jail to get it?
 
Just wanted to jump in and say I'm a chick and I think Chuck Kimmel is a pretty cool guy. If you think he's so degrading to women, you need to grow a thicker skin, and if you're questioning his integrity regarding sales, he's one of the guys I've seen on my short time here who consistently calls out hypocrisies and picks apart stories falsified by buyers or sellers smeared on the BOI. He's also damn funny. Just my $.02.

I'll retract that you and I have ever been friends but there was a Chuck Kimmel who was friends with Shawn Noble, which could be just another person with no relation to you. Posting the link on PA Wildlife Law does not say you violated such laws does it? If anything is doesn't list Three Toed Box Turtles.

I'll tell ya what though, you have on various occasions made some untrue statements about me so think about that.

Like I said if you want to talk and I mean man to man contact me privately.

That is sufficient for me. If you have a problem with anything I have said about you, take it up with your attorney and take the appropriate action.

And as far as talking to you man to man, you aren't a man. Your wife who you owe years of back child support payments to would surely agree with that. But I know you had better things to do like ducking and dodging your warrants.
