    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So Terry, if you are such a great guy and have nothing to hide, clear it up for us.

You do not have people that paid for animals in cash and in trade from 1-6 years ago that you failed to send animals to or their money/animals back?

You did not try to fraudulently sell Corey Sawyer his own animal with his own pics?

You have never tried to sell Togian water monitors you never had, saying you were the first person in the USA to have them, using a picture taken in Indonesia at the serpentarium, even when Duncan had already shipped them to my friend Bob and Bob and I were displaying them and selling them at shows?

There is not a person in Michigan that you owe an adult indigo to, that he paid for several years ago?

You never sold some "het albino" adult female balls to a guy in Ohio that are not het at all?

You don't still owe baby boelens pythons to a guy that gave you two albino balls in trade for them a year ago?

How about you answer some of these questions superstar? By the way, I have been in this business since 1989. I have been breeding animals since 1987. I have produced plenty. You just sell animals that don't belong to you though right? Is the person that you are selling your "business" to know what liability you are dumping on them? Evan Stahl

Most of you are actually quite nuts! I have read messages about me that are not only false, the writers have the wrong business. I dont even know many of these people and have never delt with any of them! I am accuse of sending and selling reptiles to people I dont know and selling herps I never had or sold! I did purchase a snake from Rick Crew that was shipped illegally and died of IBD shortly after arrival. I can prove that. The case has been turned over to the police department and the US Fish and Wildife Service. I will testify in court as to this issue. For all of the people that are trying to attack me, like this "Evan Stahl" person, please remember it is a feloney to slander people over the Internet. All of you will be getting a letter from an attorney shortly! You had better be able to prove everything you have siaid. I have downloaded every post and have turned it over to the FBI Internet Fraud Department. Valid complaints with first hand knowledge are fine, but made up complaints without proof are against the law and will be delt with aggressively!

BTW, Mr. Lilley, slander is not possible over the internet unless you are referring to recorded voices being transmitted electronically via the net. What you will want to tell your attorney is that you want to sue for "libel." Of course, if you actually have to tell him/her that, you may want to ask for the balance of your retainer back! Good luck with your oh-so-serious legal action . . . you'll need it!!!
 
Looks like a few folks actually beat me to explaining (in a nutshell) the differences between slander and libel, along with criminal vs civil law. Slander/libel is not a felony...it's not a misdemeanor...it's ot a crime of any sort. This holds true for all 50 states, long with D.C. Law enforcement would have no interest in accusations of slander/libel.

That being said, it's time to steer this thread back on topic- Rick Crew. Any replies either for or against Mr Lilley should be posted in the already-existing thread started by Corey Sawyer.

How many people are there out there that feel the need to spout BS and threats about suing and consulting an Attorney? My god. Terry I have not been involved with this thread in the least even though I have heard HORROR stories about some of your dealings. I would suggest before you start making statements and comments as you did in your last post that you do a little research on what LIBEL & SLANDER mean. The comments you made (your not the first to do it either) do nothing more than make you look even more ridiculous. Good luck.

I dont know what your trip is or who you think you are, I dont even know who you are and I dont even care! But I am tired of your stupid comments so here are your answers. I would like to take this issue to court to shut you up! Please give me your address and I will have the documents served. Once the judge makes a finding we can put it all on this forum in detail.

1. I have not failed to send anyone their money back or animals except when international permits have been delayed beyond my control. These cases are still pending and will be resolved as soon as the permits are issued. You obviously know nothing about the importing process!
2. I did not sell Corey Sawyer anything at all! He said I sent him a photo of a snake. The photo he displayed was emailed to by by Duncan McCrea in Bali as a snake he had for sale. Ask him were he got the photo. Your accusations are incorrect!
3. I do not owe an adult Indigo to anyone! They are illegal to sell outside of California. You are accusing me of creating a feloney. That is slander and you will be delt with aggressively.
4. I never sold a het albino that was not the offspring of an albino bred to a normal to anyone. I put my signature on every document! Prove me wrong!i have a masters degree in genetics.
5. I owe a baby boelans python to a very good client on trade and he is getting it from my next shipment. Wrong again Mr. Stahl.

2) Nobody ever said you sold Corey anything. He said very CLEARY that you tried to sell him hsi own animal. Which I think he will be happy to back me up on.

3)It IS NOT and NEVER has been illegal to sell Eastern indigos outside of Florida! You simply must file for USDI permits which are readily granted when provied with legitimate breeders info. How do all the guys in California, Arizona, Ohio and other states have their LEGAL animals Terry? Just another lie.

4) I never once said offspring. Another twist of my words on your part. I said and will say again for the obviously stupid and reason impaired, "You sold adult, supposedly het for albino ball pythons that were not". Very simple.

5) You owe somebody who does not consider themselves a good customer of yours at all, 2 baby boelens for 2 albino balls he gave you.

I know this may sound silly at first, but has anyone here even considered the possibility that there could be two Terry Lilleys; and the one posting here is not the same as the one accused of being a crook elsewhere?

I also wanted to chime in on two other brief points - and yes for once I'll be brief (at least for me):

If Terry Lilley got ripped off and posted about it here that is, in my opinion, a good thing - even if (and please note I said 'if') he is accused of being a crook. A robber can be robbed and a prostitute can be raped - so why shouldn't Terry post here if really got ripped off even if (please note the 'if' again as I am accusing no one of anything) he has ripped off others?

If (and note I am saying 'if' again) Evan Stahl has factual information (even third party info) that Terry Lilley is not an honest person, then in my opinion, it is quite applicable in THIS thread since it would possibly assist others to make up their minds as to whether or not the original info from Terry is credible. Of course the reader would have to make up his/her own mind either way.

All the pissing match stuff is, in my opinion, not good on this forum, it would be better elsewhere.

rotten rats

Here's a blast from the past. In 1988 I opened a reptile store in Los Angeles. Some of you may remember Slither City. One of the first deals I made was with a "partner" of lilley's. I paid this man for his snakes, got a reciept, and that proved fortunate indeed, and went my merry way.

One day I was offered either womas or balckheads, I can't remember which at this point, both of which were illegal at the time, by lilley. Shortly after I refused this deal I got another call from lilley saying that if I didn't pay for the animals I had purchased from his"partner" he would sue me for them. I told him to come on in and I'd show him my reciept. Sometime later he actually did show, again threatened to sue me since I "never " paid him and wound up getting himself tossed out of my store. And yes I did show him my reciept .

I then contacted his "partner", whose name I have now forgotten as it has been 15 years, and asked what was up. Now I never got the straight poop on what happened with the money that I had paid him and what he did with it, but I was informed that they were no longer "partners" and that lilley owed him a lot of money on animals that lilley had sold for the "partnership". Sounds somewhat familiar even after all this time, doesn't it?

Why, you may ask, am I posting this? Because I have never heard of anyone having a good outcome from dealing with this guy. I do know of several people who have had bad ones over the years. The exact same scenerios way back then that I've been reading here. I've been out of the reptile business as a living for several years and am just now coming back into it to hear that some of the same conmen are still at it. And that is a shame.

If it looks like a rotten rat and smells like a rotten rat, chances are that it is then a lilley, er rotten rat.

Fact, terry illegally used my pictures (which i hold the LEGAL copyright to). First he offered the snake to my partner, which was funny. For second kicks, few months later i emailed him asking about Ermia, he sent me my pictures lol.

Fact market value on that snake is $5000, as the only large ermia on the open market are ours, and we want $5000each.

Fact, terry offered it for $3500. $1500 less than what we would of taken for that snake.


Fact, I have the original picture, plus about 17 others taken at the same session.
