Are you saying that David solicited 50 people to try to convince them to fabricate stories about you? If so, let's see some screenshots to back this up. Surely, some of them must be able to provide something that shows him doing so.

Let's see proof that this statement was actually made. Even better, would be some evidence that actually corroborates the statement itself. Much like the whole "broker" premise you belatedly put forth, your latest rash of claims sure seem to be convenient bits of fiction.

I'm not the only person asking the questions above.....

Obviously I'm not the only person to interpret Jim's posts in that fashion. He made zero effort to correct any alleged typos or clarify. I have to go by what he said, because I'm not a psychic (unlike several others here who have apparently far more insight).

I disagree with you on this. It feels as though by attacking Logans charecter you are defending David. David made wildly exagerated claims that he could not back up and then when Logan said he COULD prove Davids unethical practices David told him "Prove. It." Logan then did. As a self admitted outsider to the situation it seems to me you are the one who jumped Logan for no reason saying he was "creepy". Just my 2 cents

For me, when everything is said and done, the only thing you did (Jim) that really bothered me was bashing faunaclassifieds and its moderator team. You later apologized, but the damage is done. As suggested countless times, in this thread and others, if you do not deem this website necessary, which is your right, don’t use it. But for others, like me, it’s an extremely useful and unique resource. I agree with the group, a huge majority of individuals that are against the BOI have BOI “bad guy” worthy skeletons they don’t want revealed and documented, in text, forever. Very few people who fly the straight and narrow have an issue with it, IMHO



Kind of on the fence with whether or not I would conduct business with someone that openly admits to dealing with known “bad guys” / criminals. I get it, people can change, and have to be given an opportunity to do so. But, in life, you are often judged by the company you keep. I’d really hope you already know this. This is NOT in reference to receiving past debt, because that is completely different. This is in reference to your nonchalant attitude toward conducting business with the heavy hitters.

Idk if this thread was warranted, but it's here now. If you are even half as much of a "good guy" as many have come forward and stated, I did not see it in your posts. Which is unfortunate.

Neither of those statements were lies. One is a supposition of your motive, that you were hoping 50 people would come forward after you made this post to say that he sold them sick/dying animals or cheated them.

One is a hypothetical, if what the un-named source said was true, it would come out. Being a third party quotation, it was taken with a grain of salt & dismissed by many here.

The only person who looks bad is you. It appears you have a personal vendetta against Jim, mainly because he breeds ball pythons & produces scaleless BPs.

Funny thing here is, that over the years, I've given you karma & thought you were a pretty level headed guy. This is not true anymore, you've fallen in my eyes and I doubt I will ever see you in the same light again.

The ability for some to twist words and find convenient loopholes for what appear to be direct statements is quite extensive, to say the least.

I've never posted before on here. I mainly use this site to window shop animals. With that being said, this post is a blatant attempt to attack someone with very little factual cause to do so. This seems to be stemmed from a personal vendetta Beard has with Stelpflug (I've looked into myself beyond this thread). It is completely unwarranted seeing as how the two have never done business together. It is a complete third party attack on Jim's ethics. He accepted payment in the form of boas from a person with a criminal background. So what? I'd want my payment regardless. You can't fault Jim for that. If anything, it shows the criminal in question at least trying to make things right. The second deal in question was between Stelpflug and another guy (I've read the entire post, can't remember his name now, David Rein Maybe? Idk) regarding a misindentfied spectre BP from, what 5 years ago or so. If that deal was so horribly botched I would assume the burden of arguing the buyer is owed more would lie on the buyer. He has been on this thread and even admitted the deal is long done and over with. He even admitted to not wanting payment from Jim when Jim offered. Stelpflug directed him to the breeder who produced the snakes which I assume is because Jim himself was unaware of the mistake. Spectre is a hard morph to identify and even more so 5 years ago when it was much newer to the reptile industry than it is now. So Beard, what are you even arguing here? This is just a childish attempt to tarnish a man's business which you have no leg to stand on with considering you've never done business with him. It's absurd at best, and a malicious attack at worst (See what I did there?) Find something better to do with your life. This is pathetic. You are no saint, Beard. Trying to defame a business man like Jim in the manner which you have only proves one thing. You have too much spare time on your hands and should keep your nose out of things where is have no place being. This was done out of spite. I have piles of screenshots showing your vulgarity, resentment towards the pet trade, hate for the ball python people, bashing of reptile keepers in general, overall disdain with what appears to be everyone, and even things that suggest you have your own unethical practices. For as much as your parade around being some sort of social justice warrior for "those without a voice" you should take a good look in the mirror. You should be ashamed of yourself. The way you carry yourself is pompous and egotistical at best, and completely oblivious at worst (I did it again, neat huh?). You are what's wrong with this hobby, not Jim. He takes pride in his work, and then has to deal with some person like you getting offended on Facebook then making an absurd claim on this reptile forum. It must be hard to drag yourself out of bed everyday with such a negative attitude towards everything in life. How do you even manage?

I think his plan horribly backfired here. Jim obviously tried to defend himself (who wouldn't?). Beard comes off as straight foolish in my opinion.

I said awhile back that this would backfire on him. I knew there would be more people that saw this as an attack in Jim rather than an honest attempt to shed some light on g supposed bad character.

This Logan Lutes person sent me friend request on FB yesterday, which I accepted, then sent him a PM telling him that I usually don't accept FR from people I don't know, and inquiring why he sent me one.....no answer, so I deleted him. I guess people who are friends with Jim are attempting to gain more info on me for some reason?

Yet I was the one soliciting people to lie about Jim? Come on people....

Nah, I for one made sure I immediately blocked you. I personally don't want anything to do with someone that's "used to getting attacked in the reptile world". After 25 years it's not something that happens to me at all, and I intend to keep it that way.

I read it the same way as well. It was obvious to me Jim was typing fast and made a few mistakes, or maybe had a few words auto correct. It happens to me all the time. I'm pretty sure David and two of his buddies were the only ones to not want to see it. It didn't fit their agenda to admit it was typos.
