Yea I've got everyrhig packaged waiting on fed ex. Been waiting on them for 3 days now and each day I get an excuse as to why they haven't picked up. So I'm taking all 26 cages and racks to the hub Tuesday and talking to a corporate manganer about their services. This is crazy! Have $3k worth of packages sitting here and can't get them to pick up

Told you how to get refund. You need to create a dispute and the escalate it right afterwards. With paypal being negative that's the only way I can get you your refund I sorry but that is all I can do at this point. I am offering a solution so that you lose no money. Authorities can't do anything when I am trying to get you a refund. This is why PayPal always sides with the buyer and has buyer protection.
