In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

They were already deleted so I don't know what they said, but considering one of them had a name of "Ani Motor" (or whatever it was) immediately followed by a second one makes it pretty clear.

I been keeping emeralds for a. Long time and the best feeding sequence with them is.
Babies 7 to 10 days they often need to start on live hopper mice then best switched over
To rats of propped size ,usually smaller than the widest grit.
Juveniles 10 to 14 days again with smaller rats than what you would feed other snakes
Adults 14 to 21 days
Older snakes can eat once a month.
The key is to feed smaller, at longer intervals and to feed 3 meals then wait for defecation.
Feeding mice is OK, but ETBs should be on rats, they have no issues at all digesting them, not like GTPs as they they do better on mice. Rats are way more nutritious and that is needed for ETBs
Best to switch them on rats asap
Nothing wrong with feeding mice, but they will not gain weight and size as they should on a mice diet.
ETBs have a very slow metabolism, kept in colder temps , they will digest slowly. This is where the 3 meal rule is important, even warm showers after the last meal helps..
As for regurge issues, it Can be serious and one should wait at least 4-6 weeks before feeding again, and a way smaller meal should be offerd to give the snake a chance to rebuild the intestinal flora.
The seller obviously knows nothing about keeping these properly and is nothing more than a liar in it for a quick sale.
I have also seen the black markings on them before, it is caused by being kept in exo Terra's using a heat lamp without sealing of the screen top, almost as if the scales get dried up and sun burned. It takes multiple sheds and good humidity to recover, often 1-2 years to regain perfect body. So too dry conditions and too hot.. so since the seller is reading this , did I describe your set up ?? I think so...��

After looking at the pictures, your male is definitely WC & I would probe it to make sure it is a male (after it is eating & has gained weight).
Hm … Spartanburg isn't far from me. I will post this in a few local groups.
My adults eat rats every 21-28 days.
I have no experience with regurgitation in ETBs and I've kept them for several years. I have had good experiences with WC specimens …
I beleive Zared is somebody I've heard of in the giant silkmoth breeding hobby and the only negative thing I've heard is he overcharges, but if people want to pay his prices that thier choice and if anything somebody overcharging helps other sellers, but I know people who've criticized him have also said the customers who've ordered from him always got what they ordered and were happy with it.
