    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm just curious why Bill Rivers posted in another thread that he knew both Keith from Chameleon Counters and Justyn Miller from Intense Herpetoculture, then made the claim that they (and maybe even Gregh) were one and the same.

Ritchie, I know you have only the best of intentions, and I am hoping that the story Bill gave you is true and verifiable and the boa you adopted out to them is healthy and well cared for.

With that being said, I just can't trust the Rivers'. There is overwhelming evidence on another thread that they lied about dead blood pythons, and I just don't trust people that have proven out to be liars already.

Now they've given a story that would indicate that A) they didn't sell a sick animal, and B) they didn't sell an animal that they had adopted as a pet. Convenient. I hope it's true, for the sake of the animal, but it's just not adding up in my mind.

Ritchie, I hope you've gotten ahold of someone to prove me wrong!!!
 
Well I did get an e-mail addy.
But who is to say it belongs to the guy who now owns the snake?

Basically the fact that Greg H did not deny getting the animal for free.
And the fact that Greg H does not deny that he sold the animal to the pet store...

Those two things pretty much tells me it is true.

All Greg H ever said after those two things were mentioned is to call him....Why?
Why can't he deny them right here in front of everyone? is it because they are true?

So needless to say. As of this moment I feel no need to prove the story wrong since Greg H can come anytime he wants to and deny it........but he REFUSES to.

If he comes and Denies the river's story......then i will be compelled to actually write to the e-mail addy that was provided to me.

Since Greg H does not deny the story....I will take it at face value.

I just wanted to clear up a few things on this thread.

1.) Greg mentioned an e-mail that was sent to Keith at Chameleon Counters. A lot of you guys do not see how this has anything to do with this thread so I will let you know. Every couple of months Bill Rivers responds to one of Keith's ads on Kingsnake. Bill usually makes false and obscene comments regarding whatever Keith has for sale. Keith comes unglued and writes back to Bill rather negatively to say the least. Well, the e-mail Greg is talking about was written and sent by Bill Rivers via a Kingsnake ad. Bill seemed to be pissed at Greg and typed Greg’s e-mail as the address for Keith to respond too. Keith responds to the e-mail, rather upset, and talks to Greg. They realize Bill typed the e-mail and used Greg’s e-mail address as the reply e-mail. Then Greg attempts to track the ISP and realizes the ISP is in another state. So Greg says it was not Bill. Problem is, Greg forgot the e-mail was sent via Kingsnake’s ad reply system and doesn't notice that the ISP is the ISP for Kingsnake!!! So that solves that issue.

2.) I noticed that Bill Rivers was attempting to sale the boa in question on a free ad at Wal-Mart shortly prior to Greg buying the animal. Bill Rivers has been known to frequently "adopt & rescue) animals and offer them for sale the next day. He doesn't care about the animals, he only wants $$$$!

3.) Keith at Chameleon Counters, Greg, and myself are three very different and separate people, I can insure that.

4.) A lot of people do not understand why I have it out to get Bill Rivers, simply put, I care. I am tired of people coming to me every week with snakes from Bill Rivers with mites, internal parasites, ticks, etc. When I first meet Bill I liked him, Keith told me there was something about Bill that he did not like. I told Keith to give Bill a chance. I was proven wrong. I found out Bill will lie, cheat, and attempt to destroy a good name for the all mighty dollar. He is ignorant to proper husbandry and diet.

That is all I know on this subject in reference to this post.
