This jerk sold me a ball python and then listed it on another site for more money. Luckily I was able to stop my payment as he was stupid enough to list the snake before he received my payment. He provided two different addresses for me to send him the payment. One is the Oak St. address and the other is a P.O. Box.

DO NOT go by any of his info, the representatives that were locking his account down yesterday alughed when I told him the name. He told me he was in FL but is in Minnesota! DO NOT WORRY, He will be getting smacked with the full extent of the law tomorrow. They have his account pulled up and just ready to see his attitude ont the internet. Anyone who has any threats or any other scamful emails or messages from this crook, please email them to me. I can make a novel with all this lol. ok here we go. Its been a while since I've posted on here.

I have wanted ads for a 66" freedom breeder. Well I got an e-mail from [email protected] saying that he had the caging in MN and would ship it. I told him to get a quote to NJ and he came back with $105 for freight and that it would be delivered to Newark Airport. He wanted $1000 for the caging. He told me to send him my credit card info...now the red flags started popping up! Who sends cc info on e-mail??? Then I asked him if he did paypal or mo. He told me paypal was preferred and that his paypal e-mail was [email protected]

I told him I was having problems with my paypal and that I wanted to send him a money order so that he would be forced to give me his address for my records in case he did turn out to be a scammer. Good thing I did! He sent me several e-mail BS-ing and stalling. My favorite was "if you don't want it just tell me so i can sell it to someone else." I even gave him my phone # and refused to call. Can we red flags???

Then, I think I finally broke him down when I told him I was a police officer and in an e-mail I wrote:

well I'm leaving for work in a lil. I have one more option which is the computer at my parents' house. I'll stop there on my way. The password may be stored on there. I had them saved on my pc and laptop but not sure what happened. However, I'm still going to need your name/address/phone number before I send any payment whether it be paypal or money order. I understand you guys are probably more trusting in the midwest, but I have never heard of you and you won't call me or give me your address for a $1,000 sale. I'm a city cop, and out here, the liars stare us dead in the eye.

Now anyone who writes"and you have myphone number" instead of writing A 10 digit phone # is a douchebag. I said to myself, "here we go..another criminal cracking under pressure. Especially when I when through every e-mail this joker sent me and there was no #.

So I stalled again yesterday and posted on the BOI to find more info. Thank you Jim for alerting me to this thread. This morning at 6:40 am, he sent me the phone # 3203004213

then 10 min later, he must have seen these posts on him and wrote:

"hey sorry but they are gone a guy is coming buy this morning to take them."

That is the same phone number "Mike Libby" gave me.....If you call it, it doesn't work. This guy is full of S$%T 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He is going to get what is coming to him very, very shortly. Then all of us will have the last laugh. I can't wait for that day to come. The next time he is in jail we should all gone down and pay him a visit.

He never replied back to me. Probably because he was communicating with me throught the [email protected] address. This guy is relentless on screwing people over.
 
I posted a conversation with him under this screen name lol. He immediatly signed off when I said, wait a minute...this name is marked up on fauna too. THE WORST SCAMMER AWARD GOES TO... well, you know all the names so far :)

Look at the header to see if it originated from the same (or similar) IP as the others. If it matches then it's a pretty safe bet.
