but if I were an attorney and my client had been arrested from his/her own home in the past (looks like more than once, maybe) and all charges are not cleared yet, I would probably advise that client not to open the door when someone knocks. i.e. "Do not let them in unless they have a warrant."
I may be jumping to conclusions there, but it looks like trouble was literally at her door about a year ago and she was hiding in the basement one time the law was there -- that would make me a little hesitant to open the door myself.
In all fairness, though, if the claims of UPS being the only shipper with problems, maybe not (if such claims are truthful).
Any number of scenarios could be at play here - I'm sure there are many citizens of Spokane who would rather not deal with Wendy for fear of being a victim in one or more of the situations she has been charged with being involved in. This could especially be true if that person is someone who might be spat on for not being the right color or race. I am by no means trying to start a racial argument or discussion, but in light of Wendy's past, that possibility is certainly there.
Yes, I'm implying a lot here that may not be what actually is, but maybe there is more to the claim that UPS does not knock and that USPS is the preferred method of delivery. What better way not to have to deal with someone or worry about having to answer the door and/or who is on the other side.
Whatever the case may be, no proof has been presented in defense - the DHL waiver proves absolutely nothing in this instance, and she miraculously has no emails. Besides, she signed that waiver "Wendy Childs" with the date showing 2004 and didn't actually marry Jason Childs until May 2005. Of course, it is entirely possible that she was using the name before the ceremony, but it is another questionable piece to the puzzle.
Another small observation - I have read several interviews she has done on the net in the last few years, several posts about what she 'loves' and who she is and (gasp!) never ONE mention of reptiles or lizards. How do you do something for 7 years and never have that aspect of your life made public in a life that has clearly been the interest of so many over the last few years?
Pft.. pack it up, Wendy. I will be fair and say your adult movies are your business, big whoop; it's the rest of the story - the crimes, alleged or proven - that make this a done deal. One does not become involved in and charged with so many different crimes without merit; no point in crying wolf.
for animal life either. I believe she has a passion for the money, and nothing more.
