Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And yes, for the record, there was an earlier email from him. I chose to ignore it, which I do MANY more times than not.

I always find it funny when they say they have a lawyer, yet they are calling it "slander" (when they would be shooting for libel) and the "client" (lol) is doing the communicating instead of the representing attorney (who would not let an actual client insert himself in the matter).

He must not have read any posts here. All his responses we have all heard 100 times before by every other genius that has gotten caught lying here. Like nick said anyone who has actually contacted a lawyer would have been told by said lawyer not to comment or contact anyone here and the lawyer would have dealt with it. I think it's time I kick my Internet search skills into overdrive and find out more about where he works and start sending links of this thread to his employers. That's if he really had one, I have a feeling he's lied about a lot more then what appears on here so I'll be shocked if he really does have a job or the education he claims.
 
As promised I found his employer, he works as a teacher in a prison. That's a little different then the PhD he claims to have in psychology or whatever he claimed to have.

On his Facebook profile he claims to be a professor at BRidgemont community and technical college but in this news article the John pennington doesn't look like him at all.

As you know, there are two parties that have the emails once they are sent, and Stu has them. I believe he will post them later this morning.

As for your claim of having attorney advice, that is laughable. If you were telling the truth, the attorney would tell you to stop posting, and he/she would make any necessary contacts on your behalf.
 
juliasara that article is actually from 2012 and he would be the one in the green jacket, just appears to have put on some weight from comparing to facebook pics.The part of the article about him does back up his education, sreenshot attached. His facebook lists the correctional job as previous employment.

I agree with you. And as far as the email he sent to Webslave about the possibility of professional harm, I believe that his current lying would damage him more than past issues.
Had he tried to resolve those issues that would be one thing, but lying and coverup in the present is what is going to damn him, and he is doing it to himself.

Unless I misunderstood what I read, he stated he could send the $7 from his dads paypal account due to his not linking his card to his account, or something along those lines. From digging around his dad's name is Gary.

Yes, he made that claim. I still find it odd. Given his denial of things he has been caught lying about (like his connection to Jeff Lockman), we are at the point where he would have to prove to me that any claim he might make is true before I would consider believing it. He is blatantly the dishonest sort - even in the face of absolute and direct evidence.

Also, as a matter of values, I must say my sense of respect (for both self and others) would not permit me to request $7 of coverage from a parent over a luxury purchase as an adult. Not now. Not two years ago. Not when I was a teenager. If I did so as a grown man, it would be a point at which I should seriously pause and reflect on how I am handling my life's trajectory as a mature being. I realize this is a personal expectation, but it is my standard by which I can contrast his behavior as odd compared to mine.
 
According to the board of educations site he is still employed by them. I'm not sure why he has it listed as previous employment on facebook. In my searches I've found 2 John pennington's at the same address, one is in his 50's the other born in 1985.
 
Again, several posts about numerous people who are not me. That is stuff worth laughing over. I work with the court system as on a contractual basis in addition to other jobs. A lawyer will tell you to attempt to rectify a situation and if no response they will take action. Since a select few have nothing but time on your hands, please call a few respected lawyers, make an appointment and ask that same question. By respected I'm referring to one who specializes in this area not merely an ambulance chaser or paralegal. It happens all the time with posts similar to this thread along with topix and others. I would have imagined the admin would be aware of that. Again, I love how people have so much time on their hands with nothing in life to do except put together a fake picture of someone else. None of the information you have posted is me or about me. As I stated before if I google any of your names several other people in the area will show up. I can paint a false picture of anyone on here with a simple google search. I find it amusing that people will search and search and come up with the same false information to try to make a point (all of which present thus far is false). I'm not really sure who you have pictured or who the people are you have information on but it isn't me.
 
I have tried to resolve the issue. The issue being a bad transaction which I admit to and it happened years ago. I have never said one bad thing about Stu, and the point of this entire thing was to clarify that I did not send the emails or have a fake name. Did I make a purchase from Stu? Yes. Did it go bad? Yes. Looking back I probably would have mailed a check. But to call me a liar about a name I know nothing about is not the issue. Thus far a few people have me marked as someone I do not know at all. Different facebook page versus 4 different employers versus different pictures. Really? This topic is the drama a select few on here try to create to fill time.

Nice try, but no. No attorney would advise the lying and shenanigans you have initiated here.
He or she would tell you to stop posting, and he or she would handle the contact in your behalf.
 
Lucille, it is apparent you do not have a clue. With most and I emphasis most civil cases they will advise you to attempt to rectify the situation. This shows the court you made an attempt to resolve a situation. I did just that when I messaged the admin the first time. But with that message comes zero response. I clarified the situation myself and then get attacked by people who have to much time on their hands. Most people do not have time to sit online all day and try to come up with 9 different people for someone to be. As any person knows these threads are for dramatic people with time on their hands. Some are legitimate people who make real posts for others to review and make a determination for themselves. Others, are people who comment and say lets see proof of this or that. With this statement they expect to fuel an argument so they can fill their day with something. Had I seen this years ago, I would have posted accurate information which would conflict with what Stu had posted. I contacted the admin prior to response. I have not slandered Stu or anyone from the initial post. I just want it removed and resolved.

Posts are not removed here, with the possible exception of a court order, and you can't afford a defamation suit, and wouldn't win it anyway IMHO.
This thread will stay, and at least one person has mentioned contacting your employer. Future employers will see this thread if they do a search, which many do these days.

Your words here speak for themselves.
 
Had you been honest from the start instead of creating a Web of lies it most likely would be resolved. Just like you say we know nothing about you, you know nothing about any of us. If you did you'd probably know Lucille has more of a clue then you ever will about situations like this. You also might want to read the rules of this site, when you do you'll learn that posts here are never revoved, no matter wgat. So all the lies you have spewed will be here forever, for every current or potential employer who decides to search your name in any search engine to read.
