Hey everyone,

I am glad to see that there are so many people interested in exposing this creep. I for one thought it was a solo battle, but I see there is a bigger war I am apart of now.

Anyway, I shipped all the animals to his former address, also his PARENTS home.

I looked up the location on mapquest.com and got all the info.
I am sure he goes there regularly and apparently he hasn't moved all his crap yet to his girls apartment in kansas.

I am not sure how some of you can help, but this is what I think. If those of you in or with friends in the Missouri area near this guy can find out any info on this guys business dealings, i.e.: which pet stores he sells to, that would help me inform them of the FENCED GOODS he's selling.

I beleive all gods creatures purchased my 2.0 '02 anery het ghost hondurans from him. Secondly, anyone near or around Leavanston, Kansas can see if anyone is familiar with a Janis Fink, 37 yrs old, recently divorced, twin 18 yr old daughters. She is is current girlfriend and is giving him a hide out until all this blows over. Someone in a previous thread traced her home phone to a specific address. I wonder if it's actually where he is now. I beleive if he thinks that many people are aware of his lies and theft, he will be too scared to run and compelled to resolve with me. In our last conversation, he had the nerve to tell me that 15 of the 18 animals were not paid for yet. He gave them to people and stores on consignment. Basically getting rid of the product so that he isn't caught red handed. If we can track his sales, we may possibly be able to intercept the transaction before it happens. Who knows. I appreciate the efforts of everyone on this board. You have been helpful and honest, without attacking my judgement and choices. I respect that.

If anyone finds anything out, let me know.

One last bit of info.

I know for a fact that he has to drive to a clinic about 20 miles from his house in Missouri to get some Methadone treatments DAILY!! Normally his dad drove him everywhere but now he has to drive 50 or so minutes from Kansas to the clinic. The real catch is, HIS DRIVERS LICENSE IS SUSPENDED!!!!! He is scared crapless that cops will catch him driving. If anyone knows anyone in law enforcement, they be glad to know he drives his car to the clinic every morning at 11am-12 Noon.

Well, sorry if I made you this huge list to look over, but I thought I should inculde all the pet stores he MIGHT sell to within his area code, so here they are.  It would be real nice if someone that lived within the area (locally) could call these petstores for Marvin so he doesn't have to pay a long distance bill!  Or maybe if Marvin calls somone would be nice enough to go look at the animals in question at the store?  Well, I hope this list gives you a start on tracking down your animals, I had soemthing like this done to me a couple years ago, except the Airborne Express guy stole all the reptile boxes (6) and sold them to pet store in the area, got all the critters back, but that really pissed me off!

Here's a couple of things:

First, I don't know why this thread shows that I started it, because I did not. (?)

Second, Dro (I think that's your name . . .sorry if I'm wrong), thanks for the heads up on the new email address, but you have to post your full name here on the BOI if you're getting involved in the good guy/bad guy stuff. It's just part of this site's TOS, designed to keep everybody honest and above board (not that you weren't being that way!).

Third, I emailed Jeremy, and, after a bit of back and forth as to how I got his email address, he denied that he took Shaggy's snakes or money. He then told me that Shaggy got all of his snakes back plus $500. Obviously, this is not true, according to Shaggy.

I'll keep you all posted as to how this continues.
