    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well, Stu came here to warn others of your business practices and you are making statements that others here know are false. By the way, I DO have the emails, however, it is a conversation between you and Phil and unless he wants me to post them, I will not do so. However, he DID get a snake from you as I mentioned that died shortly after receiving it. And yes Jerry, I did pull people over for aggressive driving and enjoyed every minute of it because I was not in a marked vehicle and they pointed guns and knives at me not knowing the trouble they were getting into. This is how these criminals treat people and I enjoyed arresting them for the general public. However, I can say proudly that I have NEVER started a fight with someone and NEVER in my entire career had a complaint lodged against me. I always treated everyone with respect until it called for otherwise. Enough of me, Stu----- let everyone know how things go between you two and good luck.

Well Joe thats a darn shame. I don't recall anything quite like this, but if Phil would like i can certainly ship him out a replacement. =) Just so happens that one of the baby z's that Mitch gifted me died within a couple months -- belly swelled a bit and died shortly after. Do you see me complaining over it? Things happen. I'd really appreciate you respecting your OWN request of us not speaking, as I've nothing really to say. I'd never wronged you, but you have this perseverating issue. I'll tell Phil myself that I can send him something for a replacement -- wish I'd known about this way back then. Take care.
 
Webslave, I just read your post and find that pretty interesting myself. Thanks for the information. I am pretty sure Stu supplies a gradient, with a dry cage and a humid hide for the snake to go into should it prefer a moist area. I am no expert myself, but I do keep numerous Zonatas and have for several years. Stu' s setup seems almost identical to the way I keep mine. Zonata are indeed a different animal, but IMO I don't see a problem with Stu's set-up that would have caused this. Some folks do not provide hot spots for zonata but I have temp gunned rock where I have seen them basking and it was near 100 degrees. I think they just need to be able to get away from heat and to a cool, moist area.

The statement "TO ARRANGE A FRIGGIN' REFUND" is a good start....Stu brought this to the BOI Jerry after he did not get a timely satisfactory response from you about his large purchase that he was dissatisfied with (you stated you had other priorities which is normal in life but then sometimes a person needs to juggle if a problem arises before it gets outta hand), hence why it is public and so many can view and share there opinions/advice or happiness they did NOT place that order with you until this thread works itself out. So why not just respect Stu's wishes and start by telling him in public, YES you'll give him a refund and then email him your arrangement request in private. Or No, if you were going that route but from that quote I assumed you were...Stu has been polite thru this whole thing and clearly expressed due to how you have presented yourself he doesn't want contact with you. I wouldn't want a phone call either - no record of it except he said she said and from other posts people warned that you don't always have that "calm disposition".
 
I tend to agree with Thomas. How much arrangement does a refund take? A moment with Paypal who then informs the receiving party of the impending payment. It certainly does not require a phone call.

I think Jerry is trying to separate Stu away from his support group and badger him into an arrangement that does not include a refund.
 
Well, you're all quite wrong. I do not need to prove to you what my arrangement. I already used the word refund, unless that word means something else in this language I think it's obvious my intention. But you guys just like to keep antagonizing, dont'cha.

That is laughable. You used the word to take the heat off, but Stu has not posted to say that he has the cash.
You never did address the concern of whether you've informed the buyers of your depleted collection about this health issue.
Unless of course there were no buyers and you have a decimated collection for other reasons.

And, since your memory is convenient and you are a known liar, I'd want a public record of any promise of a refund. Stu is standing on solid ground. You, obviously, are not.

You may think that ignoring questions and certain individuals will keep you from making mistakes, but it doesn't. It simply answers questions. People aren't as dumb as you hope they are. The facade is gone and people, lots and lots of people, are now seeing what you really are. Not a very nice guy. Wanna change that? Then do the right thing.

And your assumptions are laughable, as that is all that they are -- assumptions, and antagonistic ones as well. Then again, despite my still being ever-present, this remains the theme. And yes, the 3 gentlemen that made purchases ARE informed of this situation, and every animal is in perfect health I can assure you -- both the ones that are in their hands as well as the ones that are in mine. I have every intention of working with Stu towards a refund. If that were not the case I wouldnt be wasting my time, now would I.
 
You don't HAVE to prove anything Jerry you're right. And yup, you used the word. "Refund", but in it context being SO different from your prior posts some were just lookin for clarification. After the paragraphs and pages we all read thru looking for your response to Stu to go caps and all seemed diff, but at this point you may be a frustrated as the OP.

The people viewing and responding are your customers, potential customers and potential referrals for business. If you go to shows, many of these people are there and the word of mouth and reputation is HUGE in the herp world. This no longer is a "private" issue. this is why contact and quick responses are crucial in customer service. To prevent whirlwinds like these from happening.

Since you like words so much I'm sure it would be no problem for you to use a few more and actually outline just what kind of refund you are referring to and when it will be completed.

So, you offer what when you make a sale? Surely some one as intelligent as you, and you are, sadly you have other serious issues, must have some sort of guarantee. What's yours? Is it really different for every customer?

No two people are exactly the same, and again, if I had no intention of working with Stu then I would be here in the first place. Instead of the few that keep trying to bash me, which makes the situation all the more ridiculous, why not show a little humanity and see that I AM present here. Animocity begets animocity, and unfortunately that's all I've been receiving. I am HERE.
 
Wes, c'mon already. I work with babies for months on end to ensure the best possible quality. To that end, I very rarely have any post-sale problems and tend to keep in touch w/ folks post-sale most of the time. That is my TOS -- case by case scenario. What happened in this case happened outside of my awareness and understanding. All I know is that the animals were sent in perfect health and feeding. Two weeks later this happens -- do you not think I feel terrible as well? I am working with Stu and he will be refunded. Now please, cool the sarcasm jets okay?

It's great that you're here. What are you doing here? Making things right? How? If not, what? Stu doesn't want to talk to you anyplace but here. So then, either abide by his wishes or realize that there is no good way out of this for you.

Make the refund, take the snakes back and then, if you care to, try to rebuild your reputation to the point where you are no longer a pariah.
