    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i paid for the domain and own it, she now uses it for her benefit and to hurt me

she said that the website and the snakes were 2 diffrent things although she continues to combine them daily

the gren tree is MINE. i paid over 9000. to global sent all of them to upstate they held them because we pertnered up and then they sent me about 4000.00 in animals do the math

Well, ken, as you can see I am plainly not the only one who wants you to answer these questions. Yet, AGAIN, you seem to be unable to do so. What's with that? Hasn't your crack "staff" fed you the answers yet? Hmmmmmmm kenny boy?

If you want I can rewrite them for you and use numbers so you don't get confused as to which you have avoided and which you have answered. Oh, wait, you haven't ANSWERED ANY of them yet. Fancy that.

Weren't the website and the snakes two separate deals?

Doesn't she only owe you the Domaine name and not the website? You have not paid for the website have you?

Have you got proof of the Green Tree Python breeding and if so would you post it?

And, last but not least, if the snakes are not yours, as in you never paid for them, they were not gifts, and there is no paper work to show that they are yours, how is it that you are selling them as your own?

You have not answered all the questions by Wendy. Please do as I would like the answers to them as well.
Do you have a receipt for that snake as it looks a lot like the one upstate had and sent to you.
I have looked over the receipts upstate posted, there were shipments BEFORE the global thing.
According to upstate, you asked them to hold your shipment from global as you were vacationing.

If you paid for the domain, then yes it is yours. If anyone else has anything on that domain, you have grounds for legal action.
That one is cut and dry.

can you produce a receipt from global? I did not see that snake on either what you posted or what Alison posted.
 
By the way there, kennyboy, you seem to have missed the fact, not surprising mind you, that this thread is not about alison at all. It's all yours. All about you and what kind of person you are and what kind of business you run.

Let's try to stick to you, not too hard being as you seem to be slime coated. Yuck, not a very pleasant visual, but even you should bet the point on that one. I hope.

We met the kid here by our house, he drove from Syracuse. His name is Mike.

What next Ken...

You said much earlier in the post, you had bank records to prove BOTH the snakes from that shipment were paid for...that you would just go on line and post them...and stated something like "what would that prove".

Then never posted anything....NOW you said it's not from us...that you paid for it...FROM global....THEN say WE told you it was proven (not!) basically fessing up by slip of tongue that you DID indeed get it from us....now saying we got it from global and gave to you?

Is that right?

Regardless, can we see some proof of that snake being payed for???
 
You know ken, I have a sneaking suspicion that upstate can and will come up with the receipts for those snakes and in fact they did not come from global at all. Can you now, finally post some of your proof here?
 
It is pretty common knowledge in the herpworld that you cannot claim that an animal is proven unless you have either a) documentation from the previous owner, or b) first hand knowledge of it actually having offspring.

Now, with the $9000, are you saying that you paid global infull this amount and that you only recieved a little over half that in animals? And Upstate has the other half?

and, to be clear, where did you get the biak from?
