Patrick you really are one of the worst types of people.

In jail for a month or not, you CANNOT escape public information like the fact that you DID get busted for 100 plants and other drug related items. Lie all you want, everyone KNOWS it WAS you.

Where do you think the pot your husband, friends, family, all smoke? From somebody growing it, get over your self.

I have spoken to my lawyer about this, when i met him for being such a bad person growing pot and all. He flat out told me theres nothing that can be done. Its a private transaction and unless Chris wants to take me to small claims court he can't do anything.

Just for Faunas knowledge the Newspaper claimed I was growing LSD. You can't grow LSD, it doesn't happen like that. So Believe whatever it is you guys want.

Patrick, how can you call sending SICK, EMACIATED animals out to a paying customer an "honest mistake"??? That's about as dishonest as it gets- misrepresenting the health of your animals and taking top dollar for sick, dying stock.

As for Mike Curtin, I can personally vouch that he will go above and beyond to make his customers happy, as I have several stunning, perfect quality animals from him, and he never hesitated to answer any and all questions and concerns I had as I was getting started as a serious keeper. He even helped me out with snake issues unrelated to animals I'd bought from him! So yeah, actual quality sellers WILL go to the ends of the earth for customers. You, however, are refusing to even give yours the money he paid for products he did not receive. Get over yourself, get a loan and pay him back.

I'm a big boy, Pat. This is the first time I am making this public on the BOI. I had not previously because I didn't suffer any monetary loss. As I have said before, I'm a capitalist. If I thought what you had were worth what you were asking me, I'd have bought from you. Let's recount, shall we?

In late summer of 2009 you posted pictures of "Tiger" Irian Jaya carpet pythons, with the statement, "WE hatched", despite the fact that you had no involvement in the breeding or project prior to them hatching. This was the first of numerous misrepresentations related to this project.

When I expressed interest, you offered me a male for $750. I told you I'd be interested for around $500. At that time, you mentioned 3 other buyers that I speak to on a regular basis, and made claims as to what they were paying, in order to try and drive up the price.

I was told that Matt Lacoss was paying $2K on a pair between cash and trade, which was pretty accurate, as trade value is a relative thing. Ok, fine.

I was then told that Jason Baylin was paying "well over $2K". Ok...not so fine. I speak to Jason regularly, and he had already told me that he was paying in the neighborhood of $1K between cash and trade.

After that, you told me that Nick Mutton was paying $1600 for a lone male because he was being difficult verifying lineage, and you didn't like dealing with him. I also speak to Nick, and he told me that he was also a potential buyer at $500, like me, but most CERTAINLY not the $1600 you had claimed.

At this time, I called you up and told you the deal was off. I also reamed you out on the phone for lying to me to get me to try and get me to fork over more cash. Not only that, but when you offered me that animal at the $500 price, I told you that I would never have any dealings with you, and that I would make sure to be there when you screwed up.

Obviously, the charge would come before the conviction. As already stated, probation is what you get in lieu of a prison sentance, parole is a monitoring system for after completing a prison stay.

I think it's a matter of him not having a Probation Officer YET. I suspect he's still waiting for his day in court.

I wouldn't be so smugly confident of that. I don't know, but I suspect your average PO may not take kindly to the situation if you're shown to be exercising unlawful control over money that's due someone else.

Given the relative severity of your initial crime, and the leniency that would be shown in a sentence of simple probation, the PO may be inclined to hold you to a fairly high set of standards. I don't believe they need a hell of a lot of justification to issue a probation violation. I may be wrong, but it seems like an extremely careless risk to take, for someone in your position.

Stop playing games and put this situation behind you ASAP. It'd be a win-win scenario for you. You can appear to give a damn about customer satisfaction, and cover your a$$ at the same time.

Wow, I am sorry to hear that. Makes me happy for the olives I received. I could not even imagine what it takes to cause them to have those problems. They are so problem free, it isn't funny. Good luck getting your money back.

Just to set the record striaght, I only decided to read this thread to see why my name was brought up.

Patrick never sold me any missexed snakes. I have never bought or received any animals from Patrick.

I believe the animals Mike and Shad are referring to are the pair of coastals that Pat sold as 1.1 tigers, who sold them to Shad, who traded them to me, that turned out to be both males.

I traded $1000 in animal plastic racks for these two breedable Tigers (tigerish) animals and it turned out I receieved 2 males. Honest mistake? Shad made it right, which I had no doubt. When Jason Baylin caught wind through the grapevine that the two $50.00 tigerline (Not Tigers) animals he sold Patrick were resold as a 1.1 pair of Tigers for something like $1200.00, before finding their way into my collection, he also insisted on knocking off some cash on a couple animals I bought from him at Tinley too.

For the record, when I ran into Patrick at Tinley that year, (2009 or 2010) Patrick did offer me one of his Tiger line IJ's. Which I politely declined.
