• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I received my first internet-ordered snakes from BHB on January 24th. They had been delayed 2 days due to cold fronts (which I got a call for and arranged a time - they're very helpful with scheduling and they track the weather really well).

The two hognose came within 10 minutes of the time estimate they gave me from Fedex (10:30 am, they came a few minutes before then) and the packaging is awesome - 3 heat packs and about three to four inches of styrafoam insulation on each side. Snakes were active, healthy, and parasite free. The paperwork enclosed was wrapped in plastic on the top - excellent packaging, healthy snakes, overall was absolutely perfect for a nervous first time buyer like me. Will definitely order from Brian and the rest of the BHB crew again.

Here's my het albino hognose pair shortly after unpacking (the girl had to be corralled, pretty lively for a just-unpacked snake):

They are both great eaters too. Thanks again BHB.

I received a Sonoran gopher snake and a Colombian rainbow boa from Brian this morning. They are beautiful, healthy, and no mites. I love supporting a fellow Michigander!
