• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

    Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
    Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
    Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

    On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

    On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

    Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I have a 2 year old male Kordensis that has suddenly stopped eating and become lethargic and severely bloated along his abdomen 1 day after being fed from a new batch of dubia roaches that were ordered online (typically eats dubias, mealworms, crickets, occasional ground turkey, pinky, and eggs). He is still defecating and drinking water from his bowl as of this morning but he is looking more tired by the hour. My exotic animal vet will not be able to see him until tomorrow but I am very concerned. Nothing else has changed in his habitat. Lives in a PVC cage with humidity of 70%, basking spot of 105F, and a UVB and heat bulb. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I'm extremely worried that he is going to crash overnight. The only reassuring thing is that he is still drinking water to keep himself hydrated and that he is stooling and thus hopefully not obstructed?
