    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They advertise things they don't have. You show interest, they look for some, and make the sale. (They give that answer about everything, and most of the time they don't have the animal at their 'facility' )
 
I have contacted Big Apple on NUMEROUS reptiles they advertise on their website.... they will put you on hold and put you on the phone with the facility they buy from or... get the reptiles from.... most of what they say they have... they do not.... I stopped bothering long ago...
 
It's a good site for getting supplies and I've always been pleased with their customer support, but I wouldn't buy live animals from them for the reasons stated above. I kinda wish they'd stop spamming kingsnake with pages and pages of reptiles...makes browsing the New York classifieds really annoying.
 
They are a drop shipper. They use a supplier from FL, at least for the herps i bought from them.

reptmart (reptile industries) is who will ship your order.
 
Go with a reputable breeder for live animals. I agree that Big Apple is great for supplies but for animals, it's always best to go with an actual breeder.
 
Well I thought maybe they would have a decent price on some nice looking red dragons. Most people trying to sell reds are very high priced, others just mention reds and they're selling orange or maroon dragons. But after a conversation with Gina, plus the replies I'm getting I won't be conducting business with them. I guess I'll just wait until Josh D busts some quality reds out...
 
Their prices on supplies are very high priced. I have found many others with the same supplies for a lot less.
