    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Damon has just spent the better part of today helping me get the Herp Helper software up and running. It was by no means a problem with his software but with Windows XP. Who would of figured a problem with a Microsft product..lol

Damon went way above and beyond with his help. He is a true example of what customer service should be. For what he charges for the program, his technical support is nothing short of amazing. The major software companies could take some lessons from him.

The program itself is great and the customer support that comes with it makes it that much better. You won't be disappointed with Damon.
 
I had been running the free trial of the software and it was great, I upgraded to the full product since breeding season is coming and had a question. Damon's response was not only super fast, but extremely helpful. The software is great and the customer service is fantastic.
 
Great software, great price and AWESOME customer service.

Have been using software for a year or 2 and have had a few problems, computer crashes and stuff like that never with the software. And the customer service is awesome, answers in minimal amount of time, and on Sunday too.

Software is a must have, it makes keeping track of feeding, shedding, cleanings so much easier.

Besides the great software...he make's GREAT hooks...
Picked up a field hook from him this weekend...can't wait to try it out...although it is getting a little cold around here to try it out this year...
Might have to flip my sofa cushions looking for change...LOL


Great guy...it was really nice to finally meet Damon this past weekend at NARBC-Tinley Park...heck of a nice guy...great products...and I have to agree...his customer service is amazing...
