    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Some of you may have seen Bill Cagle advertising on kingsnake.com
I personally have purchased 5 surinames from him and he's on the mark every time with proper packing (I"m in Alaska and it's not exactly warm up here even during our "summer"),
good quality animals, willing to work with you on some of his offered prices, and his follow up is excellent as well!!  
 and I'll tell the truth here, I did get 1 snake in I wasn't 100%satisfied with... the second I made contact he was appologetic, and without blinking an eye Offered AND Sent me a boa less than 48 hours after I contacted him to replace it with... He's gained a good rep. with me!
  that's exactly WHY I"ve gone back to Bill for more surinames!  (besides that he's had some of the best ladder tail surinames I've seen advertised)  But he's always concerned to make sure you're happy...   And I"ll keep going back to Bill for more suriname future breeders!!!

Do you know anything about the whole background of the deal there Alan?? Have you ever spoken to Bill about the whole deal that went down and learned anything about him or his querintine procedures, or are you just like Fred Albury hiding behind your computer, spreading gossip, half truths and beating the snot out of a dead rotten horse?
 
What's with the attitude Jason? Unless you are reading something different then the rest of us, Alan asked one simple question, "did he offer a backround?" I don't recall seeing any "half truths or rumors" such as you suggest. Do you know Bill Cagle's quarintine proceedures? By the tone of your post I'll just assume that you do, so why don't you just tell us since Bill never volunteered that information.

Hi jason My name is Alan Hall , i live in Raleigh  NC lived here 31 yrs , i have a 10 yr old son , a 2 yr old black lab , and a small but growing collection of nice BCI boa. Now as to hiding behind my computer!! get real are we not ALL behind one ?? think about it Jason i just meerly asked Mr Cagle a simple question on his procedures in which i nor any one else that asked him  as i recall it never got answers other then it was a entirely different building . ok thats good ,BUT now i will type slowly in case you need to follow me ... NOW we all know that when we quarintine new snakes there away from all other animals am i right ( insert answer here )ok now its fine that he may have a seperate facility to do this in but no does he have a seperate facility for every snake he has ? thats new ( insert answer here ) now  i had simply asked  him how he went about making sure all the animals that he had at the time we quarintined ... which was never answered ... so you are asking " wheres Mr hall going with this " ....  ok i just merely asked  what animals may have been in the entirely seperat facility to quarintine??? now i ask you this . if he had  more then the snakes that were in question in the same area with  them how was his procedure ??  in making sure that the snakes that were in the facility at that time  with the snakes in question  were handled . ( insert answer here )
now i hope you take none of this wrong but i was just asking the starter of this thread  what he was told on the background .

I HAD not intended to comment here, as there is no need to add negative things to a post whose main function is to show how satisfied a customer is with the service or goods.
But then I saw my name mentioned, by you.

Jason, take this to heart. You have some positive things going on in your life, a great girlfriend, a new son. I dont know why you spend your time and energy, focused on either defending Bill Cagle from perceived wrongs, or bashing me.
I think perhaps that you have not taken stock of your blessings and you are to busy fighting wars that PALE  in comparison to what should be the truly important things in your life

I dont like you Jason, that is no surprise to you, I dont respect you, again should be no surprise to either you or Danica. But what may come as a surprise to you is that I feel sorry for you, because you waste precious time defending Cagle and at the same time challenging and putting down myself or any one else that either puts him down or calls him to task.Alan was addresses in the same nasty way you address me, again a waste of your energy.

You make sad choices and waste time you may never be able to get back. Raise your son and appreciate life, it is fleeting and tomorrow is not guaranteed. Think about it.

I would encourage others who come here not to make this post, which is about a positive customer experience into a negative one. If the person that bought these snakes is happy they have every right to enjoy said happiness without being maligned.

No, Jason, I didnt weaken.I just realized I like you LESS than Cagle. Quite a feat.
 
Just so you know I talked to Cagle about his quarantine procedures...he keeps all new snakes,sick snakes, and snakes to be sold in one building. All of his personal snakes go in the other building. Not trying to start any trouble just letting you know what he told me.....Chris Henrich

Kim I have already been through explaining all that in the other thread, of which Alan since you know he querintines them in another building ill assume you read it, maybe I missed it but I never seen you ask, anyway I dont even really care, this is what got under my skin "well good is in the eye of the beholder" because Alan both you and I know what the meaning behind that is, there was no need for it Alan if you want to ask the guy a question, go for it, but theres no need for that

i got up early this am and i read the cagle response with jaw dropping on keyboard.
craig hulsey the origin of the entire thread is no child in alaska with broken heart all because of this conversation.
he has been involved with herps since the 80's..knows full well of the cagle escapade and has posted nine times on this site..all highly intelligent comments and hardly heartbroken to say the least.
by description of cagle poor craig sits in tears saddened by the words said here pondering his next move and cagle so offended calls us idiots and fools..lmao
reading toms response..well said tom..i have to agree.
what is cagle thinking? the man has acquired such a chip on his shoulder and his masking arrogant comments fool noone but perhaps the dullest crayons in the box!

ya know, I'm not into boids and other big kids myself, not having the room to do so. But this is turning into a serious shoot yourself in the foot kind of thing Bill....acting the way you are turns off a lot of potential customers because they see the way you act here, and wonder if that's what they're going to get on the phone or in email.

realistically, that goes for everyone here...people are entitled to their opinion, and we all have different experiences. We come here to share them...yes you can defend yourself...but why make yourself out to be such *insert sarcasm here* a charmer? State your facts, and let the people who read them decide. If someone still wants to deal with you, great. If someone doesn't, thats their prerogative.
