In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Good Guy Bill Hudson / Ecomorph Reptiles

Is it just me or has anybody else heard those stories. The only thing that was missing from Bills stories was once upon a time........

I didn't hear those. I did hear he was a retired chef and that he was hit by a car or something like that. He's just blowing smoke up peoples whoohas

mmmm, The unproven one I have is a pastel spector baby boy. He showed me the female mom but I honestly dont know the defference with the not obvious morphs.

Roxanne, I truely hope it is what you bought. From what he has done to everyone else, I doubt it is a spector. He has stolen snakes, claimed snakes were something they weren't, and preyed on people. I know that the real way to know if its a spector is to prove it out. How big is the snake? You may not be able to prove her out before he disappears and moves to another country. He sure isn't going to be doing much business here. Unfortunately he is a selfish pathalogical liar and seems to get off on having people trust him then screwing him over. His breeding partner of 2 years was completely screwed over!

I would not expect it to prove out... Did you pay Pastel Spector price? I talked to another guy that I saw his add on craigslist selling a spector male he also said he got it from bill for $200.00 (RED FLAG when a deal seems too good to be true it probably is)

He is 260 and the yellow belly girl is about the same. it will be a long time until I prove it out. unless I can get an older yb girl. Wonder if any body wants to do a trade or a loan for a breeder size pinstiripe girl later this year? Yeah, the price I paid seemed to good, but he was able to explain it away.

Thanks Jason and Tim for your thoughts.

Anybody ever hear the story about working at the east bay vivarium and hitting his head on the rafters and receiving damage to his spine? Ive heard the taxi story!

I heard about him working there, never heard a story about him hitting his head. All he did was talk crap about the east bay vivarium, but I have never had a problem there. There prices are high, but they are in the bay area so I imagine their rent is crazy hence the high prices...

Funny you mentioned the specter because I called the guy his name was
Ryan. He was selling a proven specter male for 175.00. I asked him who produced it and he told me bill Hudson. I know for a fact he never produced specters last year. When I went and picked up my snakes Bill showed me a snake he was calling a scorpion but bill said it was his new line of specter. I told Ryan that I was sorry but a male proven specter is worth a lot more than 175 and that if he wanted to find out what it was to post pics and post them on a forum. Also to post it as being produced by bill Hudson at ecomorph reptiles

I think I know the Ryan your talking about, he's got blood pythons?

East bay Vivarium has been warned of his shady dealing as well. And they said they were sorry and wished they could have warned everyone about bill beforehand...

They also said it was funny that he went back to Washington because he originally left WA to come here because of the same situation. I believe he was in Seattle before...

Guys and Roxanne,
Sorry you all had to deal with him too. He always threatened legal action if I talked about him. I was upfront with anyone I met and told them to not trust him and I received numerous nasty emails from him. I was so lucky Jason Amos was looking out/overseeing my foray into snakes or I would have gotten totally screwed by Bill. V/R Paige

I posted 2 ads on CL about Bill and to hopefully find the other local people he has wronged. I remember seeing a snake for sale not too long ago on the bay area CL for a spector from Bill Hudson. I seriously doubt it's a spector. It was in the napa area I believe (petaluma or santa rosa).

Just letting you know your classified ad worked, I found it searching for "snakes". Wow. I'd heard Bill's name before locally with both praise and suspicion, but never imagined something like THIS would happen.

Hey Diana, I recognize siren reptiles, I helped you out getting started with your first ball pythons! How are they doing, last I heard the girl laid, did you get a good spread of hatchlings that season?
