Bill, I say what I feel is right and what I believe to be true. Regardless of what others think of me or what I say. I am not here to impress anyone or go with the flow to gain acceptance. It was a sad day when a "good guy" apparantly chose to go "bad". I really truly wanted to believe it was a stupid thing he did.

The email sent out, without any followup proof, really eroded my sense of optimism here.

But Bill, when you admitted to shill bidding, call it "normal business practices" and act like it's no big deal... what that has done... is make it so that you have painted yourself in your real true colors. You are nothing but a low-life scammer, who has proven that there are no ethics. I'm very sorry that I believed in you, in your eventual climb back up to being a good guy. You aren't a good guy at all. Not even a little bit. Any sympathy or optimism I had for you is now gone.

In case you don't get it (and I'm sure you do) shill bidding is WRONG.

If I put up an auction and Rich Z here bids on it at the starting bid of $100, and nobody else bids on it, he gets the item at $100. But say he really wanted it so he bids $200 so that he can't get outbid, It's worth that much to him, he doesn't want to lose the option of winning the item. For the time being the bid remains at $100 until/unless someone else bids on the item. Along comes my hubby and under a different name, he bids the item up so that the winning bid is Rich's $200 bid. Now if nobody but my Shill and Rich bid on the auction, then I have just STOLEN $100 from Rich. Outright stolen it. Sure, I didn't use a gun or a knife or violence, but it's just as bad.
