In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Bill is a great person to purchase balls from. He is more than willing to sit on the phone and answer any questions you might have or walk you through any problem you may be having. 3 healthy and beautiful snakes arrived without incident not even 24 hrs after payment was sent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a ball python and look forward to doing business again.

Thanks Brendan for the kind words. It was a total pleasure getting you your three Ball Pythons delivered to you safe and sound. I really enjoyed chatting on the phone with you and it was awesome to be able to help you get your husbandry needs dialed in. Enjoy your new Temp Gun as well. That will make your life much easier for temperature control. I would not hesitate from doing any future deals with you again.

Regards,
Bill Rubin
