I was still looking for a high white and black female carpet, preferably an '09 yearling to go with my male. I found an ad from Bill Stegall of Phoenix Reptile and he had a gorgeous female. I contacted him about availability and within a matter of hours he got back to me to advise that yes she was. It gets better, not only was she available but he had her sister as well and assured me that they were equally stunning. The deal he offered was too good to pass up, only 50% more for the second female shipped.
I sent Bill my payment and he got back to me right away to notify me he received it. He also told me he would ship Tuesday for Wednesday morning. He maintained contact with me throughout the transaction which made me feel real comfortable.
I received them this morning and was impressed with the packing, all new materials, well insulated with a heat pack inside. They were nice and toasty on a rather cool morning. Brand new snake bags secured my two new girls. Even though I was at work I had to get a look at them. OMG they are both just stunning. Larger than I had expected and the contrast between the black and white was everything I had hoped they would be. It's so hard to really tell from pics.
It's quite obvious Bill takes good care of his animals. Both of them are big, well filled out and very healthy.
Bill was a consummate professional in keeping in touch with me, packing, shipping and absolutely no brag about the quality of these girls. I couldn't be happier with this transaction.
Bill is not a good guy, he's a great guy and I will have no hesitation purchasing from him again.
