    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Biodome/scorpian/leo/ plus extras

I dont want to take it apart because it took so much time to build it and I dont know where eles to put the animasl...what can I do with them? What if I just see if it dont work and when it doesnt i right my paper about that. I could learn abou tthe food chain this wya and I bet I would get my extra credit that way. What does IMO mean because I dont think its that selfish I just think its necessary for a good grade.
 
Hmmmm extra credit....I doubt it....Anyone here think of how much a 90 gallon tank and a lid alone costs. This is plain and simple BS. There are VERY VERY few kids that could afford that on their allowances now lets add up the animals ....and ya say inner city too eh....That would mean pretty much apartment living and not a whole lot of cash to through around. So exactly where are puttin this 90 gallon tank...roughly 6 ft in length I believe.My opinion your a kid who is just TOTALLY bored out of their mind with a possible remote interest in reptiles and you think this is fun.Add it all up and what do we get folks..... 100%Totally troll

If this is true, which i HIGHLY doubt, none but one of your animals will come out alive. I'm guessing the boa. Not only would these animals barely fit in a 90 gallon (one problem with your story), but it also looks like you are a 20 year old in an earth science class? If you are twenty, i assume you are in college, and if you do need a good grade why don't you try safe practices like... studying! After all, you are paying for a class, and its kindof foolish to pay to fail a class.

Cruel cruel cruel... because you didn't do your research, because your teacher didn't do his or hers, because your parents didn't take the time to make sure what you are doing is actually viable, you now come to the conclusion that the best recourse is to place it all together, let them have it out and use the outcome as a extra credit subject.

What to do? Give the tank away, sell the animals, learn to take advise from people who are in the know, open some books before you make grandiose plans. Remember, these are living things, that are from different places in the world, who live in different environments and will tell you about as much about the foodchain as watching a polar bear eat iguanas
 
See I know none of this is true....No science teacher would ever possibly tell any kid that what you are doing is okay.I am betting on 15 years old for you.You say you are inner city...so lets see.What could you possibly make for allowance....5 maybe 10 bucks a week...how many weeks you think it would take you to buy a 90 gallon tank and a lid....Boas are not CHEAP snakes. I think the cheapest thing you have in there is the iggy.We all got upset over the idea of those animals together now it just that you think you are funny. Hey surfkidts I already said I lied about my age to be taken seriously becaseu nobody ever takes a kid seriously. Im sorry I lied about my age and whoever said I couldnt afford the tank you are right I got it from my Dad who use to keep saltwater fish. Does anyboyd think I can resell thes to the pet store or somtehign I need some money back? Oh and just because Im from the innercity doesnt mean the apartment we live in is smaller than 6 feet, I put the tank in my and my brothers room.

That is COMPLETE BS. Causing animals to die just so you can get a few points for some class is 100% completely and entirely SELFISH...not to mention CRUEL. Like others have mentioned.....go to your teacher, show him/her this thread....then ask if you can write a paper about why it won't work. We TOLD you why it won't work....you KNOW most of these animals will die. Continueing the "experiment" is animal CRUELTY...which is punishable by LAW.

wait...there's an innercity in Ohio??.... As far as the reptiles...if you just got them you MIGHT be able to return them back to the petstore...otherwise you should probably just give them back unless there is someone in the area willing to pay for animals that may very well already have gotta a parasite or caught a disease that's going to kill them....
 
I also live in a city and an apt if I put a 90 gallon tank in my kids room there would be no room for their beds.Still think your nothing but a liar

You're right i missed that. Lying about age is a sad excuse for getting respect. Look where it got you. Many reptile keepers are young, and although some may get looked down upon for it, the majority of the young keepers seem to do just fine in the "community" if they aren't retarded. Some younger keepers have already made names for themsleves, and through good deeds and some common sense, they earn the respect they deserve with no problems.
 
Stina, yes theres an innercity in Ohio, its called Columbus or Cleveland or Cincinnati. Saltwaterrptils thanks for respecting me I apreceate someone doing it.
