In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello,

My name is Kyle and I'm looking to acquire specimens of varying species for the next several years. I am paying live price for exceptional specimens and half price for specimens that may have issues in mounting (specimens are for taxidermy/preservation). In general I am looking for mature specimens with good color and weight at time of death. I will pay upfront, arrange shipping, provide guidance on shipping methods, and make the process simple. Let me know if there is anything I can take off your hands.

Venomous
  • Gaboons, Rhinos, Gabinos: Mature & Juvenile
  • Crotalus: Mature Specimens (especially leusistic or albino)
  • Bushmasters: Mature Specimens
  • Other Viperidae: Anything Mature and Beautiful
  • King Cobras: Mature Specimens
  • Varying species of Naja: Anything Mature and Beautiful
  • Anything else you feel is exceptional, throw it at me.
Non-venomous
  • Larger Pythonidae/Boidae: Reticulated, Green Anaacoda, etc.
  • Other reptiles such as crocodilians, Varanids, and anything cool!

Note: The biggest problem with reptile taxidermy is not getting the specimens frozen quickly enough. A reptile sitting for a half an hour in 70+ degree temperatures can cause the colors to fade. The quicker you get them into a freezer the better, freezing will stop the loss of color and make for better specimen preservation.

Hello! My name is Bryan. I have several snakes in my freezer. 2 adult yellow tail cribos, 1 Adult eastern hognose. Those of course weren’t species you listed, but I thought I would at least let you know. Just let me know either way.
Thanks!
