    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm thinking of picking up a black pastel on trade. Havn't readly found much about them. how are the mixes of them? Blackpastel/spider? or /butter? or blackpastel/pastel? or /pinstripes? or anything else?? :shrug01:

I've seen some that almost look normal and some that are defently realy dark.

Any sugestions??

A lot of that depends on the black pastel. I'm not a huge fan of them, but the good ones are worth having. I definitely wouldn't take one sight unseen, nor would I take one that didn't impress me.

Here's a pic of a Black Bee we picked up earlier this year.

Those are some nice looking snakes. I'm trading for a spider from my bumbleebee to normal clutch this year. And the person trading in in my area so I can defently see the snake before I trade. Guess if I can get a nice female that would give me some fun stuff to do in the future...

Thanks for the info, any more combo pics people would like to share?? :)

love the black pastels i have bhb line they are sweet the male has been breeding for me for 2 years this is the first year for the female she is getting put with my male pied. they make some real nice combos i do not think trading a bumble bee for one is a good deal but thats your choice you could sell bee and buy a pair or trio for that or get a pewter.good luck

I'm only trading a spider from my clutch. didn't make any bumble's this year. :( but got 5 spiders ( one super reducted patern spider! only like 6 stripes total down the whole body) and a awsome pastel and 2 normals... 8 eggs all healthy and hatched, but the odds were against me ont he bumble.. lol

thats a good deal then good luck. i hit on my bee clutch but they were all males,here is my fav combo with the black pastel, black widow they look like axanthic bees when they are babies then start to add yellow. this is from a pewter to a bee

i believe you can get a panda with a cinni i do not think its been done, but i am sure it would have same results as black pastel

Yep, may be a little lighter since cinnies are lighter, but I'd imagine it would have the same or similar effect.
