    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sorry to bring this one back up to the top, but I'm catching up on my Fauna reading and just saw it. To be on-topic - glad no one actually got duped out of their snakes by using the "ship at the same time" scam it appears he was running.

Off topic (and I'll gladly take an infraction if necessary in order to get this point across). Since this dude seems to lie every time he puts his fingers to the keyboard, I have no idea if he negotiated a plea to be labeled a sex offender forever rather than taking a hit for selling weed (really? that's a better deal?), or if he actually pleaded down a more significant sex offense charge.


I also don't know if he's actually allowed to use the computer or not. Or, maybe more specifically, if he's allowed to enter into chat rooms or private messaging where minors may be present. To all parents out there PLEASE be diligent/nosey/a :censored: /whatever else your kid may call it and monitor their internet usage. Remind them to be very leary about giving up too much personal info or investing in a "friendship" with a web-stranger. Even a benign site like Fauna could be used by pedophiles.

No one in their right mind would take a plea of what he did over a minor drug charge. Felony over Misdemeanor charge, never happened!

I know I'm late to this party, but really?

If you want to further breeding projects, I presume that you also are hoping to build at least a hobby business and a reputation for being one of the good guys. Unfortunately, what you've accomplished is just the opposite.

Instead, you're starting on a foundation of being untrustworthy, and quite frankly, very shady.

Holy crap, that's a bit of a rap sheet.

I thought Blaine said he made a plea deal to take the 'SEX EXPLOIT MINOR 3RD DEGREE' conviction to get the possession charges dropped, but there are two 'DEL/SELL SCHEDULE VI (PRINCIPAL)' convictions on the same date as the previously mentioned charge. Those pot charges are still there, too!

(It does look like in NC 'third degree' does apply specifically to pictures of underage people, not worse crimes like actual molestation, rape, etc. )

§ 20-141.4.
(a1) Felony Death by Vehicle. – A person commits the offense of felony death by vehicle if:
(1) The person unintentionally causes the death of another person,
(2) The person was engaged in the offense of impaired driving under G.S. 20-138.1 or G.S. 20-138.2, and
(3) The commission of the offense in subdivision (2) of this subsection is the proximate cause of the death.

Basically boils down to "you killed someone while driving drunk or with drugs in your system"

I am SO glad I posted this!!! This guy is a real piece of work. I bet he planed it all out, even the good guy thread. I shudder to think what would have happened to my little guy if I had shipped him to this piece of work.

Probably would have been used sexually, introduced to drugs, and later killed in a drunk driving accident.
 
Sorry for bringing this up again, but I suggest to the mods to ban this guy from posting into the classifieds section. He did another post today, and deleted it after another fauna member replied on his post with the link to this BOI thread. Even if he owns the snake he is selling right now, just my opinion, he should not be doing business here. I'm glad I was directed to this thread by that member. Here is his most current post:

Mods do not play Judge and Jury here. That is not their job. These threads exist to warn people and it is the responsibility of people to do their own research. Unless Blaine is breaking Fauna rules, he will not be banned.
