    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hopefully David Reid will see this post I'll probably send him an email but I wanted to start this thread out because I should have ember x fire eggs in the near future. She just started bowl wrapping and breeding heavy. This will be ember 100% het ghost x fire female which if you all don't know the ember produces a really high orange black eye lucy so guess we'll see what that does when mixed with fire :thumbsup: Hopefully I can keep updating this post from locks to hatchlings. Thanks for looking guys!

Its crazy how different the embers look than fires do but yet both make a black eye lucy super so lets see what happens when you mix them together!

Good luck with them!! I was really wishing that I could have picked up David's Hypo Ember to mix into my ghost projects. Can't wait to see what kind of Black Eyed Lucy you produce!!

Thanks Matt yeah I really like the hypo ember stuff. If my stubborn pastel het ghost female would start building folicles maybe we could see what a hypo ember pastel looks like lol.

Good luck on this, I was contemplating the same pairing when I looked into embers. It would be awesome to see a high orange super out of this, it would make getting there significantly cheaper for me at least. I loved the high orange look of the supers he produced, I know a few other people have had random oranges pop up in Fire x Fire breedings, but it was random and less extreme then the ember line. Would love to see the Ember POG.

Thanks Mike I agree and think the ember is still going to be a great morph to get into not to mention with the two distinct looks, it should make identifying the babies much easier. unlike if you were to pair a black pastel x cinni or chocolate x sable etc.

Dustin, I do not own any Fire animals, and there are very few Embers out there, so you would probably be the first to do an Ember x Fire cross. There are probably 50 Sulfurs out there for every one Ember. He looks good! I hope you get some High Orange Supers.

Dave

Thanks Dave, I really hope I can make an ember pastel ghost after you told me that ember pastel you made that didn't survive was the most amazing pastel you've ever seen!

This was a while back but update....he is fertile haha. Nick from what I know David Reid got the Sulfur and the Ember girls at the same pet store as wild caught dinkers and both proved to be similar so I think there's always a possibility they are related but if not then they are very very similar.

Did this clutch ever hatch? I'm looking maybe to get an ember. I already have several fire/vanilla/sulfur in my collection and I am curious how they do with crossed.
