Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Barry, this is Zack here, here's the pic of the 1.0 Red Translucent Leatherback that arrived.

Here's the one i ordered. I matched the 1.0 Red Trans Italian Leather to another dragon in your pricelist, it looks exactly like it.

The male i ordered is a 13-14" 1.0 RED Translucent Leatherback. As the one that turned out only at 7".

Is this a complication? I really don't understand as what i have been discussing with you clearly is the 1.0 13-14" Red Translucent Leatherback for quite sometime.

They only replied my e-mail 3 days later. After the purchase has been made he took a long time just to reply just 1 of my e-mails

Being that they were exported...we can add something in with your next order if you are not happy with these ones. They said that they sent you what you ordered. The male may have been measured wrong. Have they gotten more color since they have settled in? They will appear less colorful if they are stressed at all.
Let me know what you would like to do.....since it is not easy to ship them to you without another export.

Zack, regardless of your age I am impressed with teh way you are handling this situation. You appear to be far more mature than most adults I know.

I am kind of shocked Bloodbank has not come on here yet. Regardless of the buyers age he dropped a boatload of cash and let them know he was unhappy from the get go. I really hope they make things right as it does seem they made a mistake.
 
Its starting to appear to me that someone thought they could take advantage of an import deal to a 15 yr old. I also wondered why they said "7 mos later" but when you read the emails, the emails were from last November.

I also notice that they are/were willing to do a little something on his NEXT deal with them assuming that he was going to make another purchase through them. Its a shame that this has happened and I hope the sellers make things right for this customer of theirs.

Zack, although I completely understand your frustration, I dont think authorities could do anything. It would be a civil matter here in the states, not a criminal one.
 
This is Kisa. I apologize for not replying to this sooner, we were gone and just returned and had not yet had a chance to reply to Zach let alone this thread.
We do our best to be straight forward with our customers...ESPECIALLY with exports. It is not easy buying online and we get that. We will get this resolved with Zach.
Thank you all for your input and support. I need to go through the thread and will address everything Zach has posted. I just wanted to reply to let everyone know that we are not ignoring the matter.

Ah...... i dont know about that. Stevens business isn't bad to where he has to misrepresent his animals to make sales.Or to try and get over on any one!
I will say this, there is still something that's not adding up. with the color, size, and the comment about, "dealing with a young kid" and he wanted a "similar animal."
It doesnt seem like anyone was worried about him being a young kid when they were sending the paypal request for 2 dragons for $1400 bucks.:yesnod:
AND the thing where there is proof that he wanted that exact dragon and not a "similar dragon".. But if there making Good on it that's what counts.

Since i added my two sense in this thread, i would like to add my experience with them. I had dealt with Steven on a few different occasions awhile back and had good transactions, with no serious problems that wasnt taken care of. I did lose a animal or two outta the 40-50 i bought, and even then Steven was more than happy to replace it without an issue. This was alittle over a year ago. I havent done buss. with them since he hired Barry and Kisa. So i cant comment about them.
 
Glad to hear it Zack. Keep us posted so everyone knows that they in fact made sure that you were taken care of. This is what TRULY makes dealers GOOD, how they resolve the issues when they pop up.

And as far as the situation goes, I have never heard of anything being said about bbd and they have produced some great dragons. I consider them to be one of the few good dealers that really care about their customers along with a few others like Tom who in a bad situation like this one, would definitely make it right. Zach I hope you get everything straightened out and for being 15 you sure have a good head on your shoulders! :thumbsup:
