Shipping is a flat rate of $55 unless otherwise specified. We use FedEx, overnight via ShipYourReptiles.com. Animals will arrive by 10:30am next day to most locations. Animals are shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays weather permitting. We will not ship when lows fall below 38 degrees F or highs are above 95 degrees F at origin or destination.
Animals can be shipped to the lower 48 states except for Ohio. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be aware of local laws and ordinances.
Live arrival is guaranteed on all animals. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be there to receive the animal based on the agreed upon date of arrival.
Any problems including DOAs must be reported within 1-hour of arrival accompanied with pictures and video of the animal(s) and packaging materials to The Gecko Lab. Unboxing of the animal must be videotaped to receive refund.
At seller's request, DOAs may be asked to be returned.
Not responsible for carrier delays.
