    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

this is my blue bullfrog FrankyBlue. Any info would be great! I know he is missing the yellow pigment in his body and I think the blue in his legs? Thanks! ~Lisa

I rescued him because he had bad scratches on his face and head...they are healing nicely!!!~Lisa :confused:

Wow he's sure a looker. How uncommon are those? I've heard of blue greenfrogs(one in a few million) but not bullfrogs.

That's what I'd like to know!!! I've seen pics of 3 others on the internet photo pages but thats it:) Ya it's more common to see a Blue Green Frog! I have 3 regular Green Frogs...a blue would be awsome! Franky is 5inches long by the way! Thanks for the comment.

The green from what I remember is made by blue and yellow pigments. Without the yellow, the frog turns blue. So I guess yours shows a partial expression of this trait with some areas remaining normally pigmented.

Breed em and have more calico bullfrogs running around. :)

i did find one person that has one and she thinks it's female...would be great if she would sell it to me!!!

Blue!

Thats a sweet looking bullfrog, you should definately try and breed him to see if he would pass that trait off to the offspring.

Also I hope that you have a large water bowl for him, bullfrogs are almost 100% aquatic and do not do well in "dry" environments.
Moist paper towels would be a lot better of a substrate than cardboard.

he's not on the cardboard! I took the pic before I added the green felt-like stuff.....and he has 2 water dishes(one shallow and one deeper)....and we are building him a big cage. I know how to take care of him. I'm looking for other info on him..thanks:)
