Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have purchased 3 cages at the Hamburg show in the last 2 years and an incubator today. They all work very well but have large scrapes and dings here and there. Their customer service leaves much to be desired to say the least. Slow to answer emails and talk to you like you're a bother. Sorry but if I am spending hundreds of dollars on a fair product I expect GREAT service.

The cages are very strong , heat efficent and affordable. I will buy from them again but only in person after a visual inspection of the product.
 
I had similar experiences with their customer service. Simple question emails go over a week without answer, and I got the impression I was wasting their time. Very dismissive and not super helpful, but everything I've seen of theirs looked to be solid product.
 
I have been doing business with Mark/ Boamaster cages for years now 6+ years. My experinces are amazing. Mark returns calls,emails,and text messages without fail. Mark is a busy man. He raises his children and also has many animals and cage requests. So being short might be a thing of busy. Sometimes he calls back or emails 4 days later but he will deal with the issues at hand. He is a defined and truly stand up guy. I would suggest being patient with mark and business. Mark is not someone who is dismissive or unhelpful IMO. Just my 2 cents.

I understand those things but customer service shows room for improvement. The incubator I purchased from him is GREAT!!! It holds temperature like nothing I have ever seen. It hasen't moved 1 degree in 2 days.
 
His pricing for his cages are excellent, i ordered one offline and showed up within the estimated shipping time, no problems at all. i would recommend buying from him
 
I have been using Boa Master cages and racks for years with great success.

I have picked them up at shows and he has shipped them to me. I highly recommend Boa Master to do business with. they produce a quality product at a reasonable price.

Cage builders are sketchy at best, Mark stands above all the cage makers like a beacon in the dark.
 
I've bought quite a few of his cages and always been quite satisfied. I haven't had anything to complain about, so I don't know how customer service is, but I have nothing but compliments for Mark. As a matter of fact, it looks like I'm going to have to get some of his really big cages if my pythons don't stop eating. lol

I bought my first cage at one of thier shows, the 4 foot econo cage. No complaints there.

Since moving around my reptile room I needed a 4 foot cage base for it, which I was told is available, $80 shipped to my location. I paypaled the amount on Decmeber 17th. We recieved the package in a timely manner, I opened it up on December 25th (xmas). I am not sure how these bases are supposed to work, but this does't seem right:

I was mailed Two 3 foot long pieces, and 2 other shorter approx 2 foot long sides, and another 2 foot long board (for middle support I assume).. Not holes or notches were cut. No idea how to put this thing together, I was just sent slabs, and of the incorrect size. Odd.

I emailed them that day. I'm being very forgiving because it is the holidays after all. I recieved no response and emailed them again yesterday with a more descriptive email of what looks to be wrong with the shipment.

We will see where this goes....
 
I speak to Mark regularly, and he has not been around this holiday season, which is understandable. It sounds like you may have received the base for the 3' cages in error. I'm sure he'll take care of it.

I was trying to buy either 6' ones or the 8' ones and waited almost 2 weeks for an answer. He also tried to trade me for my snow male i had for a 6' cage.I was gonna do it until he thought he would make me pay shipping on both for a $300 cage.

Over the past 3 yrs I have bought numerous cages from Mark/BoaMaster. I found his customer service to be top notch. I can't count the number of times he spent explaining things and helping me out on the phone. I never once felt rushed or that I was bothering him. I had even went as far as adding/changing my order at the last minute and he never acted like it was a problem. On top of the great customer service I love the cages.

I had same expirence when i was while ago going ot trade him a $1200 for 5 4ft Econo cages with dividers. He told me they were 200 shipped each.

He said he cant do that so he dropped the offer to 4 cages and i had to pay shipping for snake as well. Needless to say trade never happened, as he would of gotten snake and flipped it for my asking price.

Since when do you trade and try to get the better deal.
 
I have 8 of his cages and my larger boas have flipped there water bowls over and never had any problems with damage from it. I think his cages are great
