Someone involved with law enforcement, yet having absolutely no interest in following protocol? I suppose that shouldn't surprise me. Anyway, "evidence" that can't be attributed to an actual person doesn't amount to anything. It's just another one of those aforementioned third party anonymous quotes. As absolutely suspect as Sierra is, I can't say that you and your friends are looking any better. If they were screwed over by Sierra, there would be no reason to not make it known. Their silence is speaking louder than all of your posts.

I read the 'sorry' as a courtesy not an admission of guilt. No where on the 30 pages does it say that anyone was scammed out of reptiles or money. Lies were the issue here.

You, on the other hand, are making serious allegations, without even having the decency to prove that they came from anywhere other than your imagination. Not too difficult to see the correlation that I was alluding to.

I'm all for seeing her drawn and quartered, if the facts show that she's deserving of it. Unfortunately, you're bringing nothing more to the table than ostensibly baseless claims of her having ripped people off. Personally, I don't make much of a distinction between Bad Guys and those who would bear false witness against someone else. Even someone of such unsavory character as Sierra. Until you post something verifiable that proves you're speaking the truth, I don't see much of a difference between you and her.

You involved yourself in this. You came here with unverifiable accusations from anonymous third parties and broke the rules. If someone is scammed, they post their experience for all to see and judge with evidence to warn people, rather than warn each individual and then wish to remain anonymous.
It seems to me that only someone who is falsely accusing a person of something would wish to remain anonymous.

The snake is exactly what I was expecting, actually he is BETTER than what I was expecting. Anyone who came to a different conclusion, needs to re read the thread... you probably skimmed it. I don't know how to make it any clearer to people. The snake was NOT sold as a definite female. It was sold to Sierra, labeled as a female, and she didn't have the means to verify the sex 100% and admitted to me RIGHT off the bat that she was unsure. It didn't matter to me. Male or female, I would have gotten the snake regardless. I have an obsession with the species. I am not getting involved in this slingfest, but I do feel the need to clarify the details surrounding my Sonoran whipsnake, Sir-Never-Bites. I don't know what to tell you guys. "Slingfest". That appears to be a fairly dismissive way to describe this thread's merits. She's lied on many occasions, about many things, from marriage to permits; she's clearly misrepresented at least one snake; she's chosen to breed an admittedly undersized snake, while portraying it as an accident and giving conflicting stories about it. She's clearly embraced a, "by any means necessary" mentality, where the ends justify the means. If one were so inclined, one could possibly infer the same from anyone who'd choose to do business with her, after having read this thread.

Apparently, her having something that you want is all it took for you to choose to encourage her actions by doing business with her. The fact that you rolled the dice and came out a winner doesn't change anything. No one is entirely good or entirely bad. Sometimes, the Bad Guys come through, especially when they know they're under intense scrutiny. With no solid indications that she's not still the compulsive liar that she was initially shown to be, I still lump her in the Bad Guy category, despite a few people getting what they paid for.

Okay, the quote in stars is quite upsetting for me and ENTIRELY unjustified. just an FYI... I wasn't aware of the lying, breeding undersized snakes part at the time. Please Do not act as if I knew I was dealing with someone unscrupulous and I just didn't care. I saw a Sonoran whip, and messaged a person I have never heard of in my life hoping to get it. That is all it is. There was no underlying motive or a wish to do business with a bad person or even a wish to defend this person after the fact. I wasn't even aware that I was "rolling the dice" so to speak, i mean technically any transaction we ever have with anyone could be considered a roll of the dice. But If I had felt at the time that I was dealing with a liar/scammer/whatever, I would have passed. For the record I have messaged back a good two dozen people to tell them I was no longer interested in buying or selling due to Previous actions on their part. I am the kind of person that would buy a snake from someone known to be in debt to someone else on one condition... i get to send the money directly to the person they owe it to. I don't mess around anymore. I simply came to post my experience. I have no comment on all of the other bits, because I honestly do not have the time to devote to reading everything comprehensively enough to feel justified in speaking about it. If/when i do get the time then I shall. I try to read up as much as I can but I miss things at times. Heck reading an entire thread can take hours and it gives me a headache sometimes. I do think that she needs to own up to any lies. I do see this thread negatively affecting her reputation. I don't see anyone coming forward saying she screwed them over. Maybe I missed something. I have only skimmed through. I still do not think she will behave in the manners you suggest she has 15 years from now and still believe a lack of maturity is the factor for her actions. If she does, by then nobody will deal with her. I am not here to defend Sierra, or Sienna, or the tooth fairy or anyone, I don't have a dog in this fight other than I had a good transaction and there is no harm in posting the results of it even IF the person turns out to be a bad guy. You know what I do with bad guys? I add their name to a list on my phone and block them on FB if applicable. I will not even sell my artwork to people on this list. This is exactly what I figured when I read all that. It certainly seemed a bit out of context one might say.
