Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My husband and I ordered a few Boaphile cages in February and they just arrived today. They look amazing in person! I'm very happy with these cages. We plan on getting at least 3 more cages from Boaphile.

I agree. what a great guy and his cages are the best. Thats the only place i order cages for my boas. great product......
 
all my custom cages are from boaphile only once did i have mistake and i got the missing equipment right after i talked to him on the phone. I just recently picked a small hatchling rack and arboreal rack, and couldnt be happier with them. Jeff Ronne is one of the best and is wealth of boa breeding knowledge at that. I plan on making more purchases in the years to come

Jeff does not like e-mail and states that on his website. His phone is on him 9am - 6pm Central Time from Monday - Friday.
 
I just received a Boaphile Rhino Raxx today. I have to say, so far I love it! It's exactly what I was looking for and I think it's gonna work out great!

Not a bad wait in my opinion. I knew what to expect by reading the Boaphile website. A little less than 6 weeks is pretty good, I think. Don't expect to get a confirmation email when you order. There was no contact by Jeff except for the tracking email I got when he shipped it. Still, very pleased and I plan to buy more of these as my collection grows!

Couldn't have said it better Diem. Jeff is an old school guy. He likes TALKING to his customers, alleviating ANY issues, explaining exactly the process/wait times/production and options etc.

IMO, he is the epitome of "customer satisfaction" if you call him. He will treat you like you're the only customer he's working with when you have him on the phone.

I only 10 boaphiles, construction is perfect, welds are great.... Definitely an investment quality cage IMO.
 
Just received my boaphile 421'd s. I love these cages! Cheap and just perfect for my boa's.
Going to order another 3-5 in a couple weeks.
These came in less then 6 weeks.
 
Got the tracking number exactly 6 weeks after ordering them. The stack of cages came in good condition, no cracks or blemished. They're perfectly symmetrical, and the construction is outstanding.

My peeve remains on the lack of communication though. I had questions about mistakingly double ordering some items, and some questions about custom caging, that all went ignored, which is really not ok for an online business. Never got through on the phone either. I'll attribute this to an artist mind, however, as these are some seriously nice cages. :thumbsup:
