    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

BOARDING

We have only had geckos for the past 2 1/2 yrs and boy what a world.
Now after talkin to my wife , we agreed to just give them ( HER) 5 cresties, 3 females and 2 males and call the whole thing OVER. We just want the pedigree for the chahouas which is the responsible thing Ariel should have given us when we bought them. We will pull down everything about them off our facebook page and go on with life as tho they don't even exist. Hell, I'm too close to 60 to be playin these kids games.
And btw, its a pleasure to talk with you.

Starting off with a clean slate sounds like a good way to go, sorry you have had to deal with all that. Good luck on any future breedings!

I agree. Below are some general observations; while I sympathize I also think that the lack of a business approach made the situation worse and difficult to handle.


OP, your story is unclear, but what I get from your post is that you dealt with some people against the advice of others, did not clearly write out your transactions with them. Then, almost predictably, deals went south. A rough learning curve, and I am sympathetic to your trials and tribulations.

You are asking for help, my advice is that:

You research people that you deal with and make appropriate choices whether to deal with them after your research.
You develop a TOS to guide your transactions
You create and save a written record of each transaction. From your post, it does not sound as if you ever had well planned, written transactions.

You may think that what you are experiencing right now is trouble, you may end up thanking this other party for the wakeup call that business needs to be transacted in a businesslike manner if you ever have to deal with the IRS.
