She claims he is threatening her and her children. He is threatening her and has made no claims different. You can read the quotes about the children he posted. They were clearly threats. I was reading them while he was replying to thread on the other site. So who is claiming any different? The claims are valid.



These are his posts. They are clearly threats.


The only difference is she stated they weren't in a relationship and he states they are. But, he even states he never even seen her face. Now, she may have and probably did lie about the "relationship" which shoots her credibility.
But nobody is disputing the claims she made about receiving the snakes or the threats, not even Sloan.

You keep stating his snakes, plain and simple they are hers. He stated he gave them to her. She stated he gave them to her. Past documented experiences with the principle shows Nothing would change if she gave them back.

Deb, you keep asking why a man would send any gift to woman without prompting? It happens everyday. You are so preoccupied with the fact that she might have batted a computer eyelash at him, sent photos to him or how much cleavage she may have shown in a webcam, nothing else matters. She must be scamming. She could be as bad as him, I don't know.

How many people here chat? I'm not much of a chat person. In this friendly group we have here many chat with heavy sexual overtones or participate in threads that get a little dirty. Most of the time you know the people well enough that it's harmless fun. Maybe, she is someone that does the same and unknowingly hooked a nut.

You are more concerned, by your replies, that this woman may have gotten free snakes because she is a woman that may have flirted and that's how she received them and it pisses you off. That she may have led him on, No.. she must have because no man would do so without prompting. You keep stating
it as a must. I'll tell you flat out it doesn't take much prompting for some if they are interested.

Why would he send pictures out of the blue? I'm not stating he did but I will help with the history. Sloan has registered on this site under many names. In his earlier profile he put up links to pedophile sites. Under almost every name he has used he has attacked someone with a barrage of sexual assault statements. Made statements that included raping peoples wifes to putting forth statements with racial slurs that were encompassed pornographic statements. That is the kind of person he is. Does it take a vivid imagination to believe he would sent a nude picture of himself without prompting? The answer is NO!

You took one of my earlier statements and restated as this?

That isn't exactly what I stated and they aren't his snakes.

What's bothering me about the story is the WEBCAM pics..(webcam goes two ways) so, she more than likely is lying...if you tell one lie, you'll tell two or three and it matters to me WHO you tell them to NEXT.

She's a Mod on the forums where she got the posts, easy enough to modify a few to say what you want, so those posts on the forum that she mods aren't actually trustworthy imo. No screenshots of emails have been presented to verify that he HAS threatened her children..we just have a link to her forum where she is the mod.

I haven't seen any police reports.

In a nutshell, her story stinks. So what if she scammed him, I certainly do not care...but by coming here and getting VALIDATION for what she's doing, she's gotten "approval." I, for one, am saying NOT ME.

Validation may not be the right word. But if she later does go into a transaction with someone and someone does a research on her, if there are no equal opportunity questions then they may think she's a Good Gal.

But however she did it, winking, showing clevage whatever is her business..I am just not so ready to put a seal of approval on her simply because she happened to get Sloan's snakes.

I have a diamond tennis bracelet, given to me by a man that met me ONCE and I met him online...never did a thing to get it. He wasn't screaming for it back when I refused advances ( if he had, I would have sent it back, filed a police report if he bothered me after sending it back). I also have a 2K snake given to me by a man that loved me.

I still believe that if it were me, and I was on the up and up (an honest woman) I would have taken pictures of wrapping the box..had witnesses, had the PO general witness it if necessary and insured it. I would not have kept something from a freaking pedophile, sexual predator and then run to a forum and asked for approval of what I am doing.

Sure her story sounds strange but you are asking for more than a court of law in proof. Everyone has their opinion here but only the two people involved know the whole, complete story.

When you come here asking for help you are supposed to post validation of your story. That's not a hard concept to follow... *I get it!*

I have filed police reports before, they usually give you a copy. It's not a secret matter..she just said she filed reports, so if she said she filed..why can't she show the report (and date) proving part of her story?

Unless she logged in under his account to make the posts, I was there when he was posting some of them, before they were deleted. She isn't the admin and mods don't have access to someone's password. I viewed some before the XXX's were put in place of names. Webcams do go both ways but they also go one way as well. I can have a one sided webcam session with anyone in on AIM. You can also take still images and email them.

There you go stating she scammed him again because she may have shook her boobs in a webcam. He states she didn't ask for them. She states she didn't ask for them. That's a pretty good scammer if she doesn't even have to ask. No the basics in your reply is still the same. If she showed flesh and a man sent her gifts, she scammed him. That is what you have stated consistently. You may have given the gifts back in your scenario and it goes to character and I might agree, but it still doesn't make her a scammer.

Yes her story stinks, she may have lied about sending nude pictures and talking dirty, or stating she liked him. So we can continually call her a scammer for not admitting to it.

I agree that wants someone lies they shouldn't get the benefit here but the substance of what she is reporting isn't disputed by either party. He sent free snakes, She received threats for not returning them.

Deb, why don't you address the facts presented that Bob Sloan said he gave her the snakes without her asking, and she said the same?
Why don't you address the facts that it was shown here that her "claims" of threats were shown on this thread, copied from the other forum?
You state you don't have an issue with "how " she got the snakes, then promptly call her a webslut?
I don't know what personal reason you have against her, but other than wanting her to clear up some of the inconsistancies, the facts of the "transaction" remain.

Yes, she presented her side of the story, skewed so she looks like the victim, but in reality she IS the victim, unless you think she deserves to be threatened and have her children threatened becuase she accepted a freely given gift.
If the guy YOU accepted snakes from started posting the sort of nasty threats that Bob Sloan has, I imagine you'd be upset too. If you sent the snakes back, and he continued, I'd guess we would all just have to accept you deserved that treatment since you accepted them, whether or not you filed a police report.
The proof: the email where he says the gifts were just that, gifts freely given, that she didn't ask him for them, and that he didn't expect anything back.
The proof: the copied thread where he threatened her and her children on a public forum.
What more proof do you NEED? You shouldn't NEED a police report to confirm she contacted the cops, the proof of his deeds is already shown.

As I've a long history with Sloan, allow me to give some insight. This is neither about snakes nor is it about money. Bob Sloan is a predator in every sense of the word. He's a psycological predator as well as a sexual predator, and I can't say I'm surprised he's taken to going after children, as they are easy prey for someone like him.

For him, it's all about exercising power and control over his victims, and the cheap thrill that comes with it. Nothing more, and nothing less.
