    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

David, Even if I could see the pics you're talking about I can't imagine it making much difference unless he sold them to someone without revealing their poor condition and then refused to refund their money. Is this the case?

Trust me, I don't need YOU to feel sorry for me.
 
You can't see the pics? I'm having no problem. Is anyone else having a prob seeing the pics? If you want, I can e-mail them to you. I'm sorry but if you can see them, you know why I'm a little upset about this whole thing. It DOES make a difference, Bobby (Douglass). The fact that the animals were sick after he recieved them, got worse, and he tried to sell them AND he tried to give some BS excuses for them being in such a bad condition is why I started this thread......not because of a vendetta towards him. I have had no past problems with Pruett and he will attest to the same. If you all condone this sort of business attitude, then go ahead and buy one of the geckos and come back and tell us how well they are doing, ok? For Christ's sake, they look like anoles.
 
David (in a friendly way) cut your losses here.

This site is for those who have had a bad deal with someone and need to either get it resolved or bring it to light so others don't get screwed (see the Whitefeather thread for a good example).

You have serious grudge with Bobby, take it to the War room on Gary's site and put on the gloves.

Yeah I just swept the ring out. It is all ready!

I do not see the problem. If Bobby sold them and the person that bought them is happy then Bobby has done nothing wrong. It seems that the person that bought the geckos would be the best judge on the quality of care they got IMO.

But I agree this is not what the Web Master has in mind for the BOI. If you did business with Bobby and he screwed you over then ok. But it is hard to tell how the aniaml is cared for by a pic that was taken after a 6 hour car ride. IMO

As I read this thread I see that Bobby has a great rep with is customers and not one of them has said one bad thing yet. So we will see where this goes I guess.

This was not a bash on anyony this was JMHO

I don't know Bobby, I don't know you, and I probably wouldn't do deals with either of you. Look at the above title of the thread linked, and than consider why you are reviving this, and the manner in which you post elsewhere. Again, not meant as a slam, but we need to police ourselves.

Just in case you missed it david, you are FAR from the first or only one who knows what a loser bobby is.

It's nice to know that you're flexible enough to pat yourself on the back like that though, ahhh to be young again......
