    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just want to start by saying THANKS to everyone!!!! My phone has been ringing off the hook today with a lot of wonderful people giving great advice and sympothy.I am just overwhelmed that we were all able to come together and get this matter resolved! Enough of the mushy stuff!!! Bobby Pruett called me on the phone a few minutes ago and we worked everything out.He is shipping me my animals tomorrow and I am shipping his snow tomorrow.I will still back everything up with a vet report when I recieve the official copy.I commend Bobby for the rational conversation we had about this matter and I am glad it is resolved,my fingers are getting tired of typing.Bobby seems to be concerned for the animal and wants to be able to treat him his self.Once again.....Thanks everyone...

I'm rather surprised that in 11 pages of posts neither party has posted a picture of the animal. Would either of you be able to put up a pic so those of us following this thread can see just what condition the animal is/was in?

I can post pics tomorrow but Bobby Pruett has taken responsibility for the animal and will be caring for him when he gets him back.I promised I would show some pics so I will get them up asap.I really hope Bobby Keeps me updated on him because I truly want him to thrive and do well.Thanks to everyone again and I will talk to yaw tomorrow.I'm going to bed.I'm at the fire dept...I'll probably get a call soon as I lay down!!!

You must have missed the post on the 1st page about pictures. Bobby said that pictures of the Snow were on his web site. He's shown in a few different poses. There are full body shots, 2 closeup head shots, breeding shots. The pictures show the snake very well. By the way, I think Bobby Pruett is a "GOOD GUY" and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him. When this thread started I wasn't sure. Going by some of his replies....... I still wasnt' sure. Going by the way this thread ended. YEAH!!! I'm sure. He's a GREAT GUY and an asset to the herp community.

Resolved?

I don't see that this is reallly resolved at all. I think the vet report and pictures should be posted quickly.
It should not have reached this point in the first place. I truly believe any honest dealer would have shipped the animals back in the first place to save his reputation and to prove to any doubters that he is a good seller.
After reading the forum on the site Jim provided, I don't think I would want to buy from a dealer like Bobby. Bobby doesn't seem like a person even concerned with his customers feelings or actually not much of anyone else's either. I feel like nothing would have happened if Randy could not produce a vet report that could be posted.
I could be very wrong, I don't know either party involved, but my instincts tell me that this was a deliberate act of deception.

That snake does look very skinny, especially with the skin hanging in folds like that. You did the right thing in this case.
