    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would like to just pose one simple question to you and I will be polite about it.
If Sal is raking it now and has hundreds of successful deals, why does he not just make good on all the old debts? Most of them don’t amount to much. A few thousand dollars isn’t much for some self-respect.

I think that "7 year" statement was about Neil's company not Sal's. And no, Mr. Ed is a recent thing...since Sal has been in Florida to my knowledge.

And I have one question.....if Sal is "raking in the dough" as some claim, why am I still owed a measely $350 (the last $100 didn't even COME from Sal, it was passed through someone else b/c Sal "didn't" have it).....oh yea, and the $125 for his FIRST bocareptiles.com website he never paid me for.....go figure. And if he is making so much $$$ with his partner, I wonder why his other ex-wife isn't getting any support either....or why I keep getting information supoenas from DA's offices about him owing all those people for Precise Remodeling. Well I guess that big money making he is doing went to buy himself and his girlfriend a new house....wow, that sounds familiar....warning to girlfriend: MAKE SURE HE PAYS THE BILLS OR YOU'LL LOSE THAT IN A FORCLOSURE LIKE HE DID TO ME...

So the comment was referring to Neil’s company, and he must be doing “something right” because he is becoming stronger? So “strong” that he didn’t have the money to pay to be reinstated in Fauna and have to wait for someone to do it for him? Oh! I forgot; it was because of principles! He loves this site for entertainment and to help people, but yet he didn’t want to pay what, $25 maybe to join again? Things have been going soooo well that his retail store closed his doors to the public several months ago. Things are going soooo well that he had to move from Tampa to Port St. Lucie to work for someone else. Things are going soooo well that we have to see the same animals posted over and over again. I’m going to commend him for one thing though; we haven’t heard complaints from any customer for a loooong time.

There’s no doubt then. If that statement referred to him, that “financial backer” he has right now is working wonders for his ego.

That money went for “rat chow”. You know those that are going to feed almost all FL reptiles. Rumor has it that the Pied Piper of Hamelin is also on Ed’s payroll in case the rats get loose.

Neil, it's you backing up people that you know have done wrong and continue to do, and your business association with them that gets you into trouble. Don't try to put the blame on the "Fauna people", do some introspection, it might help you "see the light" one more time.

No Neil has been in business for more then 7 years, I know back around 95' or so he had the snake pit. An old roommate got a few snakes from him, a boa with an RI, and a retic, So that would make it at least 10 years.

Just thought I'd throw that in.
 
I didn't even move to Florida from New York till 1997, and opened The Snake Pit in April, 1998.... so your 2 cents isn't worth a dime!! (as usual)....

Excuse me.... I BOUGHT The Snake Pit in 1998, the RI snake came from the OTHER thief in Tampa, Robert Frank, who owned the store BEFORE me!!

Last time you and I talked(through e-mails before I knew about fauna and all, I sent you an e-mail asking if you the same person who had the store on bush, remember?)

You told me you bought the store when it was still on Waters ave, Rene didn't buy the snakes till the store moved to bush, so are you lying to me now, or were you lying then? I even said something to you about how much better the store had looked, and you told me how bad it really was, and how hard it was to move it. She got the snakes back in 95' or 96' at the Bush store.

But as these e-mails were many,many,computers ago, and I don't have them anymore, there is nothen I can do to prove it, but you know and I know you did tell me you were the one to move the store, and made it soo much better.

I can probably believe that's he's done business with some of the "big names", and had no complaints.....it's much easier to screw over the little guy that no one knows, and that perhaps doesn't know the proper steps to take to prevent and/or get retribution. And a lot of little guys screwed over still adds up to plenty of change in his pocket to spend with the "big guys"...

Although this thread is not about Neil if he is in partnership with Sal and Ed I guess everything said about either one qualifies.

During the years I have been frequenting this site, I’ve learned to know Neil quite a bit. We have e-mailed each other several times, and even talked on the phone. Never did I have a personal problem with him or his animals. Neil even acted as a trust to help me recuperate some money someone else owed me when I was scammed more than 4 years ago. There was this other person that wanted to trade a female ball for a burmese, Neil sold him the burmese (which I paid him for) and shipped me the ball. Those were my dealings with Neil. He helped me out in two occasions, which I don’t deny.

But as John Kellar (a.k.a reptilebreeder) eloquently stated in another thread, when a person wrongs someone else it becomes our problem, unless of course we absolutely don’t care about anyone else (Neil should know about it because he cares sooo much about helping other people). It’s not about how well it went for us, but how many other unsolved problems have there been with other people. There’s nothing wrong with being in favor to give people second chances when they clearly show signs that they want to change.

But when they throw at our faces that they join another business built on deception and other people’s money and feel good and cocky about it, something is obviously wrong with that picture.

If they fail to realize that, it’s because they haven’t changed one bit. In fact they are probably even changing for the worse.

Well, Dan.... sorry to disappoint you, but the OTHER thief in Tampa has the initials of DL.... I AM glad I was able to help you, though.... I'll help ANYONE who ASKS for my help (as you did)....

I NEVER owned The Snake Pit when it was on Waters.... NEVER.... I bought it in 1998 when it was a "chithole" on Busch, then cleaned it up....

I am NOT partners with Sal or Ed or anyone else, we just do a lot of business together, I buy from him and he buys from me, that's the extent of it.... but, he is STILL my friend, and I don't turn my back on friends....

Sal NEVER got 5000 snakes at the same time.... they came in 500 or 1000 lots and almost all of them were sold before they even got here.... he would keep them for a couple of weeks to make sure they were ALL eating, and then they were shipped to the folks who bought them.... VERY FEW of the 5000 refused to eat, and those are still with Sal who is STILL helping them eat until they do it on their own.... that's a lot of time and effort for $35 snakes to make sure they're healthy when they finally get sold....

The Striped Panamanians were NOT part of the thousands of Nics that came in.... they were bought directly from the importer as is, and he paid quite a lot of money for them, seeing as they are the ONLY pair like it in the world (so far as we know).... who wouldn't pay top dollar for one-of-a-kinds??....

Ask Greg from G & G Reptiles how many hundreds of dollars Sal spends on live rodents with him since he got the Nics and his other snakes.... $700-$800 every 2 weeks to feed all those snakes....

Well, that's it for me on this thread.... the rest of you Lemmings can laugh your silly little heads off for all I care, you have NO CLUE what you're talking about anyway (again, as usual).... doesn't bother me one bit.... enjoy....

I can't say how bad I wish I still had the e-mail where you told me you were the one to move the store and clean it up, I really wish I did.

But I don't, so I'll just drop it. I don't think it would make any difference anyway, all you did was lie, and most people know that is what you do. so It really wouldn't add to anything.

You said "spends" as in he still buys his feeders, why, if he just bought a rodent breeder, wouldn't that feed all his snakes? I know it could take some time to get it where he could "be supplying half of southern Florida with rodents" but wouldn't it feed what he has now?
