    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

It would

be easier to tell if you had a picture from the underneath side of the tail.. A male will be the same thickness after the vent before it starts tapering, and a female will taper from the vent immediately, that has not always been 100% true, but usually is an easy way of identifying.. The only true way is to probe them... Get an underside pic and see what kind of response you get from everyone.. Mike
 
At this point, I wouldn't recommend probing him/her. When they're hatchlings it's just too dangerous. See if you can find an experienced local breeder or a good pet shop that knows their stuff about herps and ask if they can "pop" it for you. This is the best way of sexing young corns. It's extremely easy to do, but is best to have someone show you. It's pretty much a guess from pics alone, so we can't really help you just by your pics.
