    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I don't bluff! My attorneys name is Bob Lattas and the case number is 15-0005899. If you're interested in seeing it Lucille it was filed with the Will County Sheriff in Illinois. I believe you can pull it up online.

That is not a Will County Court case number. Not the proper format, for a court case number, anyway. Looks a bit more like a police report number.
Also, (& perhaps depending on court/state) a case number will not appear, upon look up, unless/until a person is charged/served &/or if there is a warrant.

Like I said, police report filed. Now I have to find out, hopefully Monday if I can sneak out of work early, which detective was assigned. After he writes up his findings it goes to the states attorney. The states attorney will decide whether or not to charge him. I've already spoke with a states attorney and he said if the facts I stated are found to be true by the detective, he has no issue charging Branden. That said, look back through this and find anywhere I have lied or can't produce evidence of my claims..... And thanks Dennis.
 
What exactly did the state's attorney you claim you spoke with say the alleged criminal charge would be?

It seems to me to be more of a civil matter: Y'all had an agreement which did not include the foreseeable molting, you want to reverse the transaction, he wanted to use past dealings. Plus, there is input from a third party but the agreement itself was between you and Branden.
I think a possible civil decision concerning the amount in question may have to take into account the roaches you did receive from Branden, and if there is a difference of opinion as to valuation, the judge will have to decide.
 
Lucille I am curious here..... What are you trying to figure out/prove? Youve questioned me at every turn throughout this BOI thread as if I'm misrepresenting something or I'm at fault.

My conversation with my attorney, the states attorney, the sheriff, and any other conversation is irrelevant to the facts of this matter. What matters is we had a deal and not only did Branden not hold up his end, it appears THROUGH TEXTS POSTED HERE, he never had the roaches he claimed from the beginning. He claims 30,000 roaches molted (if memory serves me correctly). That's $75 per 1000..... 30 x75.... $2250.... Plus the $1100 he claims he shipped (which again was a ridiculous misrepresentation of the truth that again was PROVEN TO BE FALSE with pictures in this thread) gives us $3350 but actually $2250 + $181 so $2431.... WHERES THE OTHER $7569 PLUS consideration for my Queenbelly???? HE NEVER HAD WHAT HE CLAIMED! He acquired my animals through deceitful measures. That's not a civil matter, THATS A CRIME!

And Lucille, since Branden will not address this question, something in this deal has to be mine.... Is it the animals or the roaches? If it's the animals, return them because you can't keep your end of the deal. If it's the roaches, then those roaches became MINE the minute he accepted the ball python delivery.... So REGARDLESS if they molted while is stalled to ship so he can try and bait and switch me with his burnt out adult garbage I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT, the roaches WERE MINE before they molted.

The third party input is again IRRELEVANT..... Branden made a deal he couldn't complete from the beginning and refuses to do ANYTHING within the confines of the agreement to rectify the situation.....

So back to the original question Lucille, what are you trying to prove? This way I can hopefully give you what you're looking for and I can stop feeling like you're trying to make me out to be the bad guy here when I'm clearly the victim.
 
And 1 more clarification Lucille, Branden and I have never done a deal between Branden and I. He had a deal with Dan last year. So why you or him think a deal last year that I was the third party to should have ANY impact on this deal ABSOLUTELY BAFFLES ME!!!

To everyone else following this, I apologize if I seem angry, but I am. This entire situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm reconsidering my future in this industry. Coming here to look at replies to find that I'm still being questioned on how I'm trying to recover my animals, roaches, or cash because I'm currently out between $10,000-13,000 is obsurd in my opinion. This BOI was about deceit. That was proven. The continuation of information I'm providing is for the benefit of those supporting me.... It's not being posted so I can feel like I'm being attacked. I think I've been through enough already.
 
You know I had a hunch.... So strong of one I got out of bed on my only morning I can sleep in and sure enough, Lucille you are an attorney... Which I figured. Appears a very successful attorney at that. All that said, I truly hope you're not taking my line of questioning toward you the wrong way. I like to get to the bare bone facts as well. I may not have a PhD in law, but as Jay-Z once said, "I ain't passed the bar, but I know a lil bit".... and this is what I know as pertains to the last 10 or so posts here....

If you feel that the BOI is a place for you to post and that any questions should be treated as some sort of attack, I think that you are perhaps not seeing what the BOI is for. There are differences of opinion here, and it is OK to courteously post questions and thoughts.


I don't know beyond a reasonable doubt that he never had what he claimed. And that your valuation differs from his, does not mean that your valuation is correct.
Here is a news flash: Just because a party may not be likeable or make the choices you feel are the choices that should have been made, does not make him a criminal.

If there is a business disagreement that would seem to be a civil matter. He did send some roaches and make some proposals.
Just because one disagrees with proposed choices does not make the other party a criminal.
 
I'm not dodging your question at all. I'm flat out refusing to answer it just like you're refusing to address what the purpose of your line of questions are.... What are you trying to prove? You're not asking questions about the transaction. You're asking questions about how I decide to pursue recovering anything from this deal that I currently have nothing from. Why? Why do you care so much about how I'm handling the legal end of this? I'm entitled to sue him in a civil court and I am. I'm also entitled to report what I feel is a crime against me. Whether or not it is or isn't a crime is up to the states attorney. My opinion and your opinion do not matter. As far as the legal system is concerned, he's innocent until proven guilty. As far as I'm concerned, he entered into an agreement he couldn't, hasn't, and is unwilling to hold up his end of the deal.... He acquired my animals through deceitful practice, same as if a guy cane to my door selling me life insurance, I pay him, and no life insurance is provided... I'm assuming you don't think that is a crime either?

I simply don't understand what your purpose in this is? Why do you think because he made two proposals, both that blatantly went against the EXACT two things I said from day one I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN makes it ok to do what he did to me? I'm trying to make sure no one else falls for his scam. How is your line of questioning helping the community? How is your line of the questioning helping find s solution? There's several reasons not to divulge..... one of which is I simply don't have to....

But you refuse to answer my question STILL!!! WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO PROVE? That I had no conversation with the states attorney? If that's the case, which again I will assure you I had 3 conversations with them accounting for more than 2 hours..... HOW ARE YOU HELPING ANYTHING? If in fact you proved I didn't talk to the states attorney, which you STILL haven't proven, you're just assuming so at this point, and again you're wrong, HOW ARE YOU HELPING ANYTHING???

You're not helping solve the issue. You're not helping anyone in the community. If anything youre send a message that people can get away with stealing from people and only face a civil trial, which we both know doesn't really get the victim anywhere.... I'm not raining any hell. I'm not looking forward to any of this crap. I'm losing money every time I take a half day or day off trying to recover what's rightfully mine.... Branden brought this on himself.... You may not have a horse in the race, but you have definitely shown who you're rooting for.... The guy who has everything and is refusing to do what's right.

Besides, even if I told her what was said, obviously she's unwilling to take my word at face value. She would have found something she disagreed with that she wouldn't believe a states attorney would have said.... Then she would have said prove he said that.... How could I do that? I didn't record the conversation. So what good would divulging the information due me? To satisfy her? I'm good. I don't need to prove anything to Lucille. I could appreciate if she was playing devils advocate, but she's just trying to prove I'm lying about the call to give herself validation..... Let her believe what she wants.... I personally don't care.
 
It's a real shame you've had to go through all of this with Brandon, and now this too, as though your time and energy are limitless. BTW, you're very articulate; bet you would have made a pretty darn good lawyer. :)
