Here is a simple run down of events.
In August Sept time frame Jendee contacted me regarding a pair of Pink Panthers het VPI I acquired via Bryant Tannery, she agreed to purchase them for the 500 asking price. Throughout the course of our conversations she mentioned a Sunglow possible Jungle she had acquired via Matt Crabe that she had nothing to pair the animal with I mentioned a het Albino female I had that might be a worthwhile project as it would likely produce some beautiful Albinos and Sunglows and potentially Albino Jungles and Sunglow Jungles if the male she had proved to be a Jungle.
I cannot remember the exact time frame in which the Sunglow possible Jungle was sent, I do believe it was in early November. A few weeks after the animal arrived I had noticed bugs in the cage with that animal and the female, they were separated and were treated using Prevent-A-Mite. Despite efforts I would continually see some here and some there I believe this was due to eggs hatching as they will hatch aprox. 30 days and basically keep up that rotation until they are finally eradicated completely.
In January sometime she paid off the Pink Panther het VPI's which I had
discounted down to 300 as she referred a friend of hers to me.
During conversations on Jan 7th She had asked how her male was doing. I mention to her "He's hanging out I offered him a ft small rat he wanted nothing to do with it" She responded on Jan 19th saying "hes not eating now??? :/ wanna just send him home??"
Shortly after receiving those messages on facebook I was sent texts from a neighbors phone she had used as another way to get ahold of me since her phone was in operable. At that time we were fairly busy work wise and wasn't able to respond to her for aprox 3 hours when I got off work at 1600.
She was bothered by the language I had used when I responded as it was quite frustrating to look at my phone having several messages about the same nonsense saying I never responded and it was making her nervous.
My response being that "I have waited nearly 2 weeks to hear back from can you give me a few ********** hours!" She mentions the last time I cussed her. To which My response was "Did what last time? When I was irritated because I found bugs? I wasn't cussing at you I was pissed because I haven't had them then I did. I'm irritated now because I waited 2 weeks to hear back from you and now I am getting my phone blown up over a 2 hour period where I have been busy at work and you saying your getting nervous why I don't know as I wouldnt **** over
someone over a pair snakes they paid 300 over since august. If I don't respond its because I'm busy not that I ignore someone" "It just rubbed me the wrong way. My Bad"
Later through messages we resolve the issues as she mentions it never took me so long to respond before and to get ahold of her when I get home. She later mentions "sry I couldn't contact u im cool send um when you can im worried about my sunglow first he had mites now hes not eating"
I mention he hasn't since I had gotten him and I have offered food a few things. She mentions "just send him home so I can try and figure out whats going on I wish I knew he was refusing food he never has something is wrong" I mentioned to her" I don't know how often or what he was eating for you and on what? He was smaller than expected and maybe was stressed from shipping and attempted breeding??" She mentions "weekly on rats no bigger than his middle as all my snakes I think they should still be able to coil after a meal I recently decided to up feeding but went back to slow feeding they to me seem to grow in a
steadier manner." We chat a bit about why that way might work better as it is more natural and more like what they would get in the wild.
Later that evening I was sent a text asking if I wanted her to send 40 bucks to ship them, I mention shortly after "I can ship the babies to her whenever but I want to get a meal or two in the boy"
She says "Okay that sounds good if hed died tho id want it to be on my watch so there is no hard feelings between us thing haven't been working out with him at all lol"
I wasn't able to get back to her after her message to which she sent one later on checking in and saying she thinks it is best to ship him back to her. I respond I have been on duty all day and that I can ship the babies as I mentioned earlier but don't feel comfortable shipping him until he takes down a few meals and mention he doesn't need additional stress.
She mentions "Ya shipping an already stressed snake isn't a good idea. But I really just want him back in my care sry brandon ive been text screamed at twice ive been told I sent you a snake with mites and im "starving" my snakes. Im just not comfortable with this anymore and its doin damage to our relationship sry brandon I just want him home if he dies beause u sent him that's on me I guess something that doesnt seem all kosher..."
She askes for photos within the next 24 hours whenever I get home she sent the message on the 20th of Jan Later on the 21st of Jan she contacts me asking for the picture again, I reply "Sorry thought I sent it earlier."
I had taken a photo earlier once I had gotten off duty.
For those that are unfamiliar at least once a month in the Marines (where I work) we are required to stand a 24 hr duty post at which begins at 0730 am one day and ends 0730 the following day at which we return back to work and it is the digression of your department at which time you leave. Photos for some reason wouldn't make it to her phone so she gave her email address to send the photo.
On the 27th she had received her phone back and sent me a text message later that evening asking if he had eaten to which I responded I had gotten off work late but tomorrow I will be getting off early for sure.
She mentions "just checking in If nothing happens soon though I'm gonna say f it and send him home"
The next day she mentioned she just wants her damn snakes this week and mentions she has asked numerous times in the past weeks I'm not gonna keep asking. She sends her address and I ship the animal out on the 1st arriving on the 2nd of February.
I was unaware of anything as I hadn't heard from her since I gave her the tracking info for the animal and haven't heard from her nor was I aware of any vet visits.
I rarely look through status updates by most people on my facebook but today when I logged in I seen her status as
" Aahhh my sunglow still has mites!!! The person who gave him mites still hasnt said anything to me to compensate or fix the situation even though I still have combos and pics to nail his fake ass dick to a wall!!!"
And another being
" That's it you deserve this! I'm done being the nice chick!"
Which again since the animal was shipped back to her as she had demanded I hadn't received any direct messages, emails, texts, private messages through this or any other forums about anything. Nor was I made aware until seeing her status updates today she still had any issues.
This brings me to the turn of events today as upon seeing those and her
mentioning anything about me not saying anything or compensating or trying to fix the situation as I hadn't heard from her. I sent her a message upon reading those updates shown above.

I apologize for the long posts I just made. But being on the chopping block and taking my reputation most seriously I felt it was necessary to put forth as much information of what transpired between me and Jendee.
To summarize everything I wrote above, the heart of the issue is that not long after receiving her sunglow I noticed the mite on the animal. I took the necessary steps to treat the animal and eventually when I realized that the animals was not going to breed I informed Jendee and I wanted to work with eradicating the mites and returning the animal to Jendee with a clean bill of health. Although it seemed visually the mites were taken care of I wanted more time to ensure the animal’s health prior to sending it back.
However, Jendee was very insistent that I send her the animal in light of my hesitation and concern to make sure the animal was in good order. She contends that after all this time the animal still has mites although I didn’t observe the mites at the time of the shipping.Perhaps there are conditions present at her house that allows these invaders to manifest themselves and thrive for extended periods. I post videos on youtube and photos in the various forums almost daily! Clearly if I had a mite infestation they would pop up somewhere in a video or photo. Not to mention I’ve shipped out animals on a weekly basis to various customers/colleagues after sending back her glow and not one person since February have come forward about a mite issue concerning a shipment from me.
There are no mites in my collection today while she claims they are on her sunglow to this day. These factors and my observations of the animal not long after it arrived which remained isolated to this animal and my female I had with it leads me to conclude that the mites were introduced by her boa as no mites have been seen prior to and after shipping the Sunglow possible Jungle back to her.
Earlier today when I saw her post on FB about the mite issue I got a feeling in my gut she was aiming for me. In order to preserve my reputation of which I value so much I offered to send her a BWC male of which has a market value of close to 2k in an attempt to prevent a BOI thread. This was even taking into consideration that her Sunglow possible Jungle is still alive and mites are routinely effectively eradicated by keepers all the time. However, after reviewing things more closely now and in light of this thread and what I believe to be my innocence. I refuse to accept what Jendee says as fact and have decided to not send her anything for she is the one who is fabricating things. She is the one that has mites in her collection today whilst I didn’t have mites prior to the introduction of her Sunglow poss Jungle and have not had mites since her Sunglow poss Jungle was shipped back to her.
