    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would not categorize that animal as skinny. And again, while at Brandon's this male was in a breeding situation. Now the animal is off season and is being fed on a regular feeding schedule. You cannot compare a male being fed weekly to a male that has not been fed for 3-4 months in a breeding trial.
 
The doctors note on the memory stick ill post tomorrow. The mites were brought up several days after Brandon had the snake I hadn't had a new animal in my collection and have had never had mites ill post the whole convo when I'm search newspaper tub and water bowl with an led...then proceed to talk with Brandon as I searched everyone else just invade when I came up empty I wanted my snake back and if anybody sent you a breeding loan with mites would u send it back immediately ri ght...I knew far as losing weight while breeding he told me he pulled him to eat and feed....which obviously that was a lie why would he not tell me my animal wasn't eating the first time he refused? BC he was playing games he never tryed he still had him with his girl he ate just as agressivelyhome as when he then he was home never a problem. Why didn't he tell me sooner when there was a problem and why did he not send him back???

I have lnown brandon since 2007I and have personally taken care of his collection while he was out of town for military duty and have done breeding loans and dozens of deals with him. I have always recieved healthy snakes and couldnt recommend a more quality snake breeder. His collection has always been healthy and well cared for
Every snake he has sent me has been very healthy. I also have always been able to reach him and receive either a call text or email back very quickly.
i have no knowledge on the claims by this person against Brandon, i simply wanted to give my account of my dealings with him. He is in my opinion a quality snake keeper and a repuatable person who is well respected by snake breeders

I decided to post this after reading the post.

My name is Andres Chavarria, one of the people brandon has dealt with exactly from November until now. In this period of time i have received two animals from Brandon (hypo RLT) (RLT). From November to January i was still in payments for one of the snakes mention, which maintain in his collection for those 2 month. I got him with no problems eating like a champ no sings of mites perfect! after i received that guy i immediately started payments on the second one which i got not too long ago. also, with no problems.... i am not trying to offend anybody all Im trying to point out is that i picked up snakes from brandon's personal collection, with that being said his collection would have been reflected on this guys i got.. i also follow his collection very often via youtube and facebook pictures.. i will recommend brandon as a snake breeder to any body and i am looking forward to pick some more snakes from him this summer!

Hello, my name is Jim Vandeveld.

Between May 2011 and now, I've done several transactions with Brandi, for animals both adult and subadult. I've purchased snakes from Brandon, through him, and invested a decent amount of money in projects with him. I would not have done any of these things if I had any doubts concerning his husbandry skills, boa knowledge, or proactive-ness in even the stickiest of boa situations. I never seen anyone as dedicated to the hobby as Brandon is to his collection, between feeding, maintanance, photo shoots, contact with people through forums, yada yada, boas are a big part of his life. After reading about this, I'd still trust him with my whole collection.

I don't mean to be on his jock, but I have had such a positive experience with every aspect of my boa friendship with Brandon, that I have a super hard time believing this all the be true. I just wanted to share my super positive experiences with him, and wherever the facts lie in this situation, I know the truth will come to light.

Also just wanted to add that I feel as though whatever sexually explicit stuff you guys exchanged he omitted was pretty justified, as it's irrelevant to the current matter. I'm going to go out on a limb and say he didn't send you "dick pics" out of the blue, and that you were most likely receptive. Otherwise, I'm sure he would have stopped and/or not started in the first place. It was in poor form to bring that stuff up, has nothing to do with boas. Shows me your just reaching For any condescendingly critical information you can sling at the masses.

See now that’s the problem. In your own words it was several days. To me several days are about a week or less. Unlike several weeks or months. So the mites according to Brandon showed up after about a week in his collection. That’s very plausible it can take a couple of days to notice it especially if you have a number of boas in your care.

Would I send it back, well according to you both the sunglow was introduced like almost immediately correct? The mites were seen in the cage with the “breeding” pair? So sending it back right then wouldn’t have undone the infestation that had already taken hold. Should Brandon have quarantined the sunglow, yes I think so.

Would I have been extremely pissed if I was Brandon and send you an equally nasty message if I believed I was innocent? Yes, and according to you both, that’s precisely what he did? Why would he have been pissed at you if he knew it was his fault? He had many months to alleviate the condition of a commonly seen pest without you ever finding out.

I no longer need to see the vet report to establish the timeline I was searching for. However, I think we all still need to see it because if its dated within days after you received the animal back it would establish your extreme concern for the animal and may tip the pendulum a little on your behalf thereby establishing some sort of integrity in your favor.

The information posted thus far leads me to lean towards Brandon.
 
Good to see breeders are taking such care in regards to quarantine these days. I would hate to think someone would just throw a new animal in a cage with one of their other animals to breed it as soon as they get it.

Responsibility is ever evident.

The only reason it was brought up was to point out that the convos had been edited and mine wont be.

Brandon wasn't pissed about the first mite convo. Until I asked for my snake back....I think you guys are missing the point for months he told me my snake was fine just chillin. Obviously he wasn't just fine recieving him with RI mites and a stick! Something was very wrong and I should have been told so...also I should have to ask over 20×s to get my animal back!

There is nothing wrong with sex, but unless it was part of the deal such references do not belong in a business thread.

Everyone knows I can be sexually explicit that in no way says I'm dishonest you guys are the ones who wont let it go digging up past threads that have nothing to do with and as I said all facts are on a memory card and I wont have access to a computer until 6 tonight! When I go into work. I'd appreciate it if you reread stuff you missed so I wouldn't have to repeat myself...talk about killing the messanger this is why people still get screwed in this biz BC people can't post in the Boi without themselves and there persons getting attacked this has taking up all my time since yesterday defending myself when I was the one who trusted Brandon with my animal only to get him back half dead!

Personally, I have no interest in anyone's public sexual peccadilloes. However, you were encouraged to stop posting until you could get your story and evidence together. :shrug01:

Your first post is just an absolute MISH-MASH. I tried to break it down for you, and got TIRED. You're on your own in this as is every "messenger" that thinks this is a CHAT ROOM where all you have to do is sling words around and everyone will agree with you.

It will take more than repeated stories, and words to convince the board that you have a valid complaint.

Now please, hold off posting. Get your evidence together WITH the Vet Statement and lay it out in chronological order. The last part was for me, I am heartily tired of wading though mish-mash.:eek::D
 
Regardless of the vet report, y'all have both hit my DNBF/DNST list.

Tip for future reference Brandon: You don't want mites to infest your collection? Learn to quarantine. The risk is dramatically reduced.

Tip for future reference Jendee: When attempting to provide claims against someone's business ethics/tactics/ etc. etc. on a forum where posts are unable to be edited and forever remain where they are, wait until you are on an actual computer and can lay all your ducks in a row beforehand.

Maybe people will not be so quick to question you.

Personally, I think you come off as quite incompetant in your approach, but Brandon comes off as neglectful.

Learned two things from it, I guess.

I think your past posts are in fact relevant. I think Brandon probably posted a few indiscretions but as long as he sent this $2000 snake you wouldn't post them. You are making a real point about how the conversations you are fixing to post won't be edited.

All hanky panky aside, what is really important is the date of the vet visit and the vet diagnosis, I look forward to seeing those.

And BTW I sent Manny a breeder loan at the same time that boa was in the tub under the sunglow.....no mites!!

Right, so ... no one things it's odd Brandon voluntarily offered said 2K animal to avoid the BOI thread?

I'll play Devil's Advocate here and say that sounds to be the actions of a less than innocent man.

There's a lot of doubt to be had on both sides. I do not care who either participant is. Things do not seem by either party.
