I ordered some dubia roaches from Brandon, and I really could not be happier with the service provided by him. When he says he covers you NO MATTER WHAT, he really means it. When the P.O. lost the first package for nearly 3 weeks, he sent me out a new package on good faith that I would keep him updated on the lost package. His packaging was so amazing that almost 2/3 of the roaches survived being left in the high 40's for all that time. The roaches were all cold to the touch, but still running around! He more than compensated me with the second package.
Brandon was always there to provide quick communication and to answer my questions. He is truly a man who would stand in front of his product even if it meant he would have to take a bullet. I cannot comprehend wanting to order from anybody else. You can order from Brandon rest-assured that you are covered 100 percent. I may sound like a spokesman, but that's just how happy I am with his service.
He is definitely my dubia supplier from now on, and I encourage others to support people like Brandon in this hobby, he is certainly a rare breed of people; one of the best.
