So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Break in at Carolina Reptile Exchange (Bruce Eisenmanns store)

We have valid concerns about Bruce Eisenmann's business activities based upon his actions as well as his lack of actions as have all been discussed openly on this forum. Any "dirt" or potential evidence of wrongdoing is sought out and discussed. I am not aware of any participants with-holding information or any "inner circle" of people that know secrets that haven't been discussed. This may exist, but if so, I'm certainly not aware of it. If you have pertinent information regarding Bruce Eisenmann's business practices, please participate as the rest of us have and share what you know openly. Particularly if you have any documentation to support your claims. If you have information and documentation for any prosecutable crimes, you may want to talk to the York County Sheriff Dept. before you post publicly. You say you would like to give information to anybody who wants it...We all want it!!! So please participate in whatever capacity is most appropriate regarding the information you have.

Who's got the rights?

This whole thread would make for great book! Not to trivialize it or anything but its getting better and better all the time. As a matter of fact, its one of the only continually ongoing threads that I'm subscribed to.

From Stephanie's second post, I almost wonder if its something legal, and she's not able to especially if it could jeapardize any ongoing investigations into this story.

Hmmm...am I going to have to wait for a sequel?

Do you think the vet who installed the micro chips ( if there really was a vet ) could be sued , for consperacy ( forgive me if i spelled it wrong ) but in a way that vet would have been helping a crook profit by chipping normals .
then that vet would in return sue Bruce for ??????
I do realize a guy can have his normal animal chipped legally no problem, but its a very different case if that person goes ahead and sells them as hets for pied .
You see , my thinking is this ( IF ) them hets dont prove out .
is going to be alot easyier to deal with someone who probubly is legit ,

Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I understand the person that implants the microchip works under the assumption that he is dealing with honest individuals. There is no way he can guarantee that the animals are in effect what the breeder claims them to be. The "microchipper" is not there when the animals are born thus he cannot assume responsibility for the genetic makeup of the animals.

alvero , your rite i have thaught about that but, it would be faster and easyier and more profitable to look into someone , who could then at the very least help in getting to the real culprid
who knows though that vet could be his partner in on it .
im not saying i think thats the deal, im still hopeing there real hets, but i have seen , crazyier things .
 
The vet cannot be sued for chipping the hets. Unless there is a new product on the market that I have yet to see, the chip doesnt say "het for piebald ball python." It is simply an identification number. The identification number doesnt even confirm the species, much less the genetics. I do see your point though, it would be nice to be able to go after someone with assets. However, in this case I think the vet is out of the question.

That was strange to say the least. One thing she may not have thought of though. If this goes to littigation(which is very likely at this point) I would make sure that she got a subpeona. She knows something, andfor some reason doesnt want to share it right now. If she gets papers she wont have a choice. Just from the little she has already posted it is obvious that she has infrmation that will incriminate Bruce in some way. Whether she posts it here or not, Im sure we will all get a chance to hear it.

Boy, like we all didn't see that one coming.

When I read her first post on this thread I knew something was fishy about it. Not to say she does not know something, but I am also sure she new about the thread LONG before she decided to post on it.
Like mentioned, if she is getting threats and/or things like that I would DEFINATELY post EVERYTHING I knew including whatever has been said to her by whomever that is making her worried.

Like always, just my opinion/s!
 
I'm trying to contact Stephanie. I tried before and didn't get a response. Something ain't kosher and I'm sure you all can see it too.
 
In my opinion Steffanie was probably sent as a troll to start more stuff, Hell bruce may have even sent her just to get the pot sturred up. If i remember correct he had a blonde girl named Steffanie working for him. I am not 100% sure on her name but when I was in south carolina he had a blonde girl helping him and they said she worked at the store with him. Thanks DAVID

pic reveals something

Don't know how many noticed, but while the pic doens't reveal a whole lot as far as the mentioned girl goes, it does reveal something interesting. Notice her right hand. She's wearing a man's ring, appears to be a class ring on her middle finger, indicating that it isn't hers due to size.

Now, based on what is and is not real common, this would indicate a few things.

1. She's not married at time pic was taken.
2. indicates an age between 15 and 25 as not many other age groups wear such to indicate having a boyfriend. I'd place her in the 17-22 range as a smart bet, probably closer to 19.
3. skin complexion, for september in SC would indicate possible reclusive nature (doubtful) or else she's fair complected, which weighs in favoring blonde hair, though by far not a certainty.
4. places standing weight on left leg (along with pants style, also used to guess age range above.)
5. By the way she has the left hand held versus the right hand, she's right handed, and dominantly so.

may not be much to go on, but worth consideration for those intested.

Here is another picture of the pieds Bruce said belonged to his father at the carolina show. How can the belong to a dead person. He told me that in person at the Carolina Show. Because I bought Hets so I asked...and he said these are my dads, me assuming that his father was still living, Until I read on here several months later that he was dead since 1999. Bruce always implyed his father was living, he even gave me a e-mail to verify my 100% hets with his dad. I may have that e-mail printed out. It had something to do with bugs. I will have tolook it up. Thanks

my receipt did have the chip numbers directly on it , as well as saying they were 100% het pieds and females and gauranteed for life .
however when i asked ? about there website , the responce was its being created so they didnt even have one up and running then, How could any contingencey like ( females must be bred 2 years to a pied male ) come into play for me.

Actually It was supposedly bought from Ratley reptiles.
It was supposedly bought by HCE Inc.

But actually in 1999 HCE did not exist. HCE did not become HCE until around 2001 or 2002. Before he became HCE he was still digital reptiles. So how the receipt can say HCE is beyond me.

You will see what I am talking about in the enclosed picture.

In the enclosed picture.
1. You will see that Ratley does not know the spelling of his own name.

2. You will see that he wrote the receipt to a company name that was not existent until 2-3 years later.

3. You will also see the purchase date. Took place 2 months after harry was already dead.




my guess is the pied is stolen from someone else. They had to cover it up and chose ratley. Because they are no longer around and they were fishy. SHOOT who knows.......maybe he is ratley.

Anyway here is the receipt harry was passing around. WHILE HE WAS DEAD !!!!!

IT seems as though there twins , lol ritchie that reciept is the exact same one i got with the hand written chip numbers for female 1 . 2 . ect....
i think it is SAFE to say at this point most people got a photo copy of the same reciept

I still say Bruce's CRE requirement has no bearing on HCE animals

The 2 year prove-out requirement to his guarantee might apply to those that bought from CRE. HCE had no defined criteria to validate or invalidate the guarantee. Bruce was pretending to be Harry and HCE. That's easy to prove with reciepts from HCE and Paypal payment for the sale going to CRE. Bruce is responsible for the guarantees he issued while acting as HCE, even though he was misrepresenting his identity. You can not simply change business names, pretend you're somebody else, and expect that you are no longer liable for anything you did as the old business. Well, some people try, when they get caught it's up to the judge...Restitution, jail, or both. Kind of cool, huh?
